Fantastic staff, always willing to help. Good clean rooms.
Food in resturant was very good for both breakfast and evening meal.
Quite handy for city centre. Easy walk.
Biggest down side is car parking. Although not too far away.

Excellent hotel. Very professional at the desk. Great location for the Grassmarket area of Edinburgh. £16 for a taxi from the airport to reach the hotel. Close enough to the party areas of Edinburgh to be within a few minutes walk but far enough away reach peace and quiet when needed.

Everything we needed, and nothing more. Location was excellent -- bus stop, walking, safety, shopping... Food was predictable, average, a little pricey. Breakfast buffet had good variety and kept very fresh. Will stay there again and recommend to others!!! Thanks.

Room Tip: Bus 35 from airport -- £1.30 single, about 40 min

It is not my first visit to a Premier Inn we were last Easter holidays at Premier Inn City Center in London. Really good hotel and we thought that this Premier Inn hotel in Edinburg could be the same fantastic experience.Close to the City Centre, 10 minutes walk, clean hotel, Nice staff (Thanks Sara, the spanish waiter), good value for the Spanish visitors as your Spanish staff can help us a lot. BUT room 217 very small for 4 (2 adults and 2 children). Two beds for children directly on the floor (fitted carpet). Breakfast: Always the same, eggs, mushroom, bacon, tomato, red pepper, beans and sausage. Fruit, some bread and cereals. Boring Breakfast after 5 days at Premier inn.

We have stayed in many Premier Inns around Britain for over a decade generally experiencinga very pleasant stay. The staff here seemed to be exceptional. Generally very young they were also exrtremely committed to making guests feel welcome.

The reception staff were very helpful when we asked to be relocated to another room away from the lift. Fellow guests were being fairly loud immediately outside our door, with one group banging against our door, much to the distress of our seven year old daughter. We were quickly relocated by two very pleasant reception staff.

The reception staff were also very friendly towards our daughter and demonstrated excellent levels of local knowledge.

The restaurant was great, with the staff being attentive and efficient.

All in all, our best Premier Inn experience. Many thanks.

Too say that the Premier Inn was perfection would be knocking it down a peg.

From the moment we arrived we were treated impeccably with friendly and supportive service, a beautiful room, with a gigantic bed, a staff that went above and beyond and a restaurant that provided us with delicious meals! With the best part being it was only a 15 minute walk to the town centre! and only 10 minutes to local attractions/cinemas.

The staff were more than happy to accommodate me when I was having a bit of trouble with my stomach and needed a glass of milk, instead of making me (at 1am) walk down to the busy bar for a drink of milk the girl on the front desk offered to bring it up to our room, even though they do not provide room service. I was so grateful!

Our honeymoon was spent 3 nights with them and each day was just that little bit of heaven, the bed was HUGE as was the bath, which we spent much time in ;)

We are planning a second honeymoon on our 1 year anniversary and will be back there again!
