This is a great, strategically located apartment in Central Edinburgh. We found the apartment tidy, well accessorised,with clean linen and also with supplies in the fridge. Home from home!
We had the use of a garage as part of the package and we found it convenient to park our car as we had driven from London.
The landlady,Margaret, was helpful and approachable in providing details about the place.
It was a great, relaxing,short holiday experience for us phd students. We will come again.
This flat is in Stockbridge which is an amazing location - 10 mins walk from Princes Street, Waverley Station and all the major shops, but exceptionally quiet and therefore offers a great night's sleep.
Local shops are both practical, there's a Tesco Express and a Sainsbury's Local within 5 mins, and individual with artisan bakers, antique shops and boutiques among many options.
Everything you need is provided in the flat and it is clean and well presented. There are provisions to enable you to use the dishwasher and washing machine without having to go and buy supplies, and you are even provided with milk, juice and shortbread to welcome you as well as some tea, coffee and sugar. All these touches are much appreciated.
The owners are keen to promote green credentials and practices and the guest information pack is very informative about what to do and where the recycling points are.
Your car is securely looked after in a lockable garage on site right next to the apartment block, and we left ours the whole break as we could walk most places, or use a family day ticket on the buses which gave unlimited travel for £8.50.
All in all, it was really like a home from home, although we couldn't afford a flat in that neighbourhood! It was not so precious that you were scared to sit down, but nice and comfy and easy to relax in - just what you need on a short break.
This spacious 3 bedroom apartment is spotless and has everything you need home from home. The communication from Margaret was efficient and with detailed information to enable easy access to the property. The apartment is very central to Princes St (approx 10 min walk) but is in a quiet residential area! Will definetly book again.......
The apartment is spacious, comfortable and away from busy and noisy streets.
It is situated in the "village" of Stockbridge which is full of quality restaurants and shops and is not far from Central Edinburgh. If you don't fancy the walk there are excellent bus services nearby.
Lovely large flat, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and sizeable lounge, all very well equipped. Homely feel but not cramped, had plenty of space for our party of 5. Quiet but central neighbourhood, local amenities include supermarket, cafes and lunchrooms. Pleasant walk to the city centre with a heap of art galleries around.
Lovely apartment with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Only 15 minutes walk to Princes Street which was ideal. Parking for more than 1 car which is a complete bonus in Edinburgh.
Will definitely stay again when we next visit.

Great, safe location close to the centre. Very comfortable for our group of six people. Will definitely come again.
