Stayed at the Hotel on Friday night. Staff were excellent and very accommodating when it came to booking dinner.....note Restaurant very busy so don't wait until you arrive to book a table. The staff did their best to fit us in. The food was good and excellent value. The bedroom was lovely and hair straighteners in the room a lovely detail. Breakfast the following morning was good too. Couldn't fault it apart from the price. I got it as a gift, but at £280 per night bed and breakfast I thought it was way overpriced. I've stayed in very similar City Centre Hotels at half that price. Staff great, hotel lovely just too expensive.....

Room Tip: Mini Georgian Suite very quiet but for the noisy neighbours...

Staff very attentive, restaurant was good, pure luxury. Added bonus was your breakfast, most times I have had b&b breakfast stops at say 10. But here you could take it up to 6 in the evening. Faultless

Loved our stay here on a Sunday night. Room was stunning, hotel so glamorous, real wow factor. Every detail thought of, GHDs in room, ipod with great song selections, White Room toiletries, amazingly well stocked mini bar (Innis and Gunn, Estrella and Hendricks amongst others). Downside was shower wasn't very powerful, lighting in room difficult to work (resulting in 2am night porter call) and room wasn't ready on arrival but minor faults that wouldn't stop me coming back. Breakfast cooked to order (great variety), and fab service from staff.

Room Tip: We stayed in room 15 no noise from nightclub, bar. No view from window but didn't bother me. No need for upgrade in my opinion as rooms spacious and well equipped. Shower only in room.

Stayed overnight here with my husband and friends. We had an Itison voucher dinner bed and breakfast. Everything about Tigerlily oozes luxury, our bedrooms fit for royalty. The little extras in the ensuite, robes, slippers and the toiletries. A beautiful day we decided to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine. We had cocktails for us ladies, fantastic and beer for the men. The dining area for dinner at night so cosy, food excellent, and more cocktails. Not forgetting the attentive staff so friendly.

We bought a three course deal for £34 which included coffee. This was amazing value and the food was excellent. We also got coffee and a brownie. The service was polite, discrete and attentive. We sat in a booth which was cosy for two - and great for people watching.

A trendy venue which does not sacrifice style over quality and proper service.
