I stayed at 35b with friends at the end of jan 2014, there were 7 of us aged 35-40ish ;-). The apartment was absolutely lovely and suited our needs perfectly. Beds were very comfortable, and the lounge had enough sofas for everyone to have a soft seat after a nights dancing. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to visit Edinburgh and see the sights as it's only a short walk to the main shopping streets etc. Sarah who runs the Albany St apartments was friendly and made sure our requests were carried out (eg as many single beds as possible). We also ate at the local pub called The Conan Doyle which was a couple of mins walk away which I would also recommend. Had a great weekend !!

I stayed in 37B over christmas and it was lovely. The apartment has 3 large double bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and everything we needed. The wifi was great. Very clean all over the apartment and very spacious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the pictures don't do it any justice. Its very central and we even had a private parking space which was super! We will definitely be back. Would highly recommend!

I rented 35b to use as base for my daughters wedding. I needed an apartment with plenty of space for the wedding day preparations.
With 4 double bedrooms, 1 single room, 1 on suite and 1 bathroom this apartment suited our needs perfectly. The apartment is clean, comfortable and well equipped. It's located a few minutes walk from a Tesco Metro, with plenty of other shops restaurants, pubs and cafes close by. The staff were helpful and cooperative. Recommended.

I stayed here with my wife during the fringe festival 2013. The location is fantastic and we enjoyed our stay. The views from our apartment was superb. The privacy excellent. The apartment was spacious, especially the living room. The quality of sleep was perfect with no disturbance whatsoever. Enough parking ( not that we needed it). House keeping good and efficient though the apartment was cleaned once in two days.
The bedroom is tiny but is meant only for sleeping and the TV in the bedroom was also tiny. The single bathroom, which is downstairs, was a bit of an inconvenience. If the bathroom had a bathtub, it would have been perfect.
We did not have any food (not even tea, water or milk) in the apartment when we checked in.
Apart from these minor issues, the apartment is fantastic and i surely recommend it for those looking for quite peace, comfort and a great view of a wonderful city. I enjoyed my stay here and will definitely stay here again.
My booking arrangements were done by the organisation that invited us so I cannot comment on the check in or check out as we simply walked in on arrival and walked out departure.
As mentioned earlier, a memorable experience.

Room Tip: We stayed in the middle apartment with the longest balcony and the living room overlooking the city...

We had apartments 35b and 37b for 14 people. Having a shared communal access made it feel as though we were all in one apartment. The apartments were in a great location and spotlessly clean. Great decor and clean fresh linen. The wifi wasn't very strong, but they have just had a new router delivered to improve it. Would definitely recommend these apartments.

We, four adults and two teens, occupied 37b for 10 nights. The apartment, especially bedrooms, is very spacious. The kitchen is nice and properly equipped. The dining table has chairs for 6 but can seat only 2. The laundry machine is a joke as they are throughout Europe. As this was a 10 day stay, Sarah stated the apartment would be cleaned and linen changed on day 4 or 5. This actually happened on the 8th day. Then, we were left with one roll of toilet tissue for two bathrooms and six people. Sarah did rush some over after I called her. Wi-Fi sucks. One of our group was on a working vacation and found it necessary to visit Starbucks for internet service. Wi-Fi still wasn't fixed when we departed on 26 August. Regardless of these minor inconveniences, we had a great time in Edinburgh. We can only wish management will work on their customer service skills.

We have just returned from a weekend break in 6 Ramsay Gardens, what a lovely welcome from the girls they were very informative about the history of the house and took time to show us around. The house was very warm, cosy, and spacious for the 6 of us and having the extra bathroom with fab showers made a big difference, the house was spotless clean could not fault it in any way (and we are very fussy!) a perfect place to relax at the end of a busy day, so central and within walking distance to the hustle and bustle, highly recommend we will be back, cant wait!

Room Tip: If coming by train advise a taxi, although its a short distance carrying luggage can be a treak, its...
