“Great location!”
Reviewed 12 October 2017 for a stay in September 2017

We loved the location of Andy's apartment. It was in walking distance to the major sights in Edinburgh and easy on-off of buses and trains/trams. The butter, milk and bread was a nice convenience in the apartment for us. Loved the heated towel rack and floor in the bathroom. After sight-seeing all day, walking across the street or next door for dinner was nice.
Our host, Andy, was very helpful and friendly.

“Perfect location for Edinburgh access and a luxurious place to stay.”
Reviewed 18 September 2017 for a stay in September 2017

This large, luxurious flat is simply stunning. We stayed 3 nights and wished we could have enjoyed it for longer. Beautiful decor and furnishings. We did not have a car, so used public transport and our feet to get around. Less than 5 mins from where it all happens yet situated in the upmarket and fashionable West End with little boutique shops, cafes and bars (3 at your doorstep literally) surrounding you. Was great to get a welcome pack on arrival too - lovely hospitality. Hope to be able to stay again.

“Lovely, comfortable apartment in excellent location for exploring Edinburgh”
Reviewed 17 July 2017 for a stay in July 2017

Three of us, husband, daughter and I really enjoyed our 4 night stay at the Snug. It's located in Edinburgh's West End but within a short walk to restaurants, other shops, the Old Town and New Town neighborhood sights. It's also really close to the bus and tram stop which is very convenient for getting to the train station or other locations such as Leith.

The apartment is very comfortable, spacious and tastefully decorated. It's on the third (top) floor so there are stairs but no lift. Although it's above a bar, we didn't have any problems with noise issues. Andy provided milk, tea, bread, and other provisions in the kitchen. He also provided very clear instructions including some great restaurant recommendations and other tips. He promptly answered questions during our visit. He also was kind enough to let us leave our packed luggage at the Snug to allow us a few extra hours to explore before departing on an early afternoon train.

I highly recommend the William Street Snug.

“Stylish apartment in perfect location for city sightseeing”
Reviewed 1 June 2017 for a stay in May 2017

Great location in west end, lots of bars, restaurants and shops nearby,
Public transport really easy to access, tram stop is just around the corner.
The snug is really nice, quite stylish and comfortable, it is on the second floor and with one of our party a little less secure on their legs, the access stair needed a little care but was still easily manageable.
We had a great time and will definitely look to come back again.

Location perfect, in the heart of Edinburgh's West End. Quiet, clean & attractively decorated apartment. Extra touches add a little luxury. Andy, the owner, couldn't have been more helpful.
