Apartment as described. Good location for old Edinburgh and Holyrood, etc. Eleanor does a fantastic job of providing useful info. Very well organized.Near train line, but not a problem. Quiet neighborhood. Would rent again.

“Great location”

This apartment is in a great location for getting about Edinburgh. Its right next to Arthur's Seat and the parliament and its only a few minutes walk to where you can catch a bus to the Zoo or Princes Street. It has all you need for a short stay and Eleanor even left bread, milk and a couple of other things to get us started. The only thing I would say is there is a bit of noise from the trains at night but you do get used to it after a couple of night. All in all a lovely apartment.

“A long weekend in Edinburgh”

This was a very comfortable and convenient apartment for us. We liked the good sized rooms and the fact there were 2 bathrooms. Everything was just as described online, and we started exploring the city by clambering up Arthur's Seat to enjoy stunning panoramic views right across to the Firth of Forth. There's so much to see & do in Edinburgh from the museums and galleries to the many restaurants, bars & jazz clubs. It was a wonderful trip!

“Recomended for a pleasent stay in Edinburgh”
Reviewed 24 January 2017 for a stay in December 2016

Good location for all attractions including Edinburgh city centre. The flat was very comfortable with only a few stairs to the 1st floor. The flat was very clean and well equipped. An added bonus of free parking just outside the flat, which makes a change in Edinburgh as mostly chargeable and unable to find a space. Highly recommended.

Delightful owner. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and quiet. Parking is out the front of the building, on first floor, one easy set of stairs.

“Perfect flat and location”

This flat was perfect for our stay in Edinburgh. The flat is so much bigger than it looks in the pictures and Eleanor was really helpful right from the booking process. The information sheet was invaluable when it came to getting off the plane and catching the right bus and it allowed us to do some pre-planning. The welcome basket of bread, biscuits, jam and butter was really welcome as was the milk in the fridge. Eleanor was really accommodating in terms of our arrival time and was easily contactable if needed. The flat is in a perfect location near Holyrood and the walk back down the Royal Mile is a lovely walk at the end of a long day. We would definitely stay here again and would have no hesitation in recommending the flat.

We wanted something accessible to the city centre but with a chance to enjoy some greenery and this was perfect with Holyrood Park just a few steps away. Nice, clean, tidy property with everything we needed for our long weekend away. Eleanor was great to deal with throughout the booking process and on meeting us when we arrived. Would most definitely recommend this place.
