This very comfortable three bedroom apartment is right in the centre of Edinburgh which meant that everything was in easy walking distance - so much so that we could pop back to the apartment for lunch and a rest before heading out to view more. The apartment was very well-equipped and Iris very kindly provided tea, coffee, milk and biscuits for when we arrived after a long bus journey. The only slight drawback was the lack of wifi at the apartment but we soon found other spots close by (like the excellent National Museum) where it was freely provided. Because it was literally right on the Grassmarket we were slightly concerned that it would be very noisy at night but for the 6 nights we stayed we were not troubled by noise at all.

1 review Great central location, nice apartment - clean and well appointed. Beds were comfortable, shops nearby for food or plenty of nearby restaurants.

What a fantastic apartment. Ideally located for the the Marathon Festival and sight seeing of Edinburgh.
The apartment is spacious and was very clean. The photo's don't do it justice. It is a lot bigger and better. Iris the owner was great, right from the start of the booking, to meeting at the apartment and upon leaving.
I can't recommend this apartment enough for anybody looking for somewhere to stay to see the sights of Edinburgh.
Thank you Iris, we had a lovely weekend of running at the Festival.

We stayed here with our 3 children for 2 nights in January and had such a lovely stay. The apartment is warm and cosy and the location is superb with lots of nice eateries and shops close by as well as all the main sites. The Sainsbury supermarket just up the road was also very handy. We got the bus in to central Edinburgh from the airport and walked to the apartment and everywhere we visited in Edinburgh was within easy walking distance.
