Lovely basement restaurant; cool on a hot summer's evening. Attentive staff, excellent food & fine selection of beers. Nice balance between more upmarket pub food and fine dining - not pretentious but different offerings. We had cullen sink (recommend highly) for starters & the 10oz steak (really nice) and the roast fillet of ling (also really nice). Would definitely return next time in Edinburgh.
