Visited this for lunch after a recommendation. Were only 2 other people in. The windows were open & was very cold. There was a member of staff mopping the floor which was annoying & the cleaning fluid was very smelly. I was disappointed in the very limited menu , food was disappointing, wouldn't visit again .

“Would definitely recommend”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 21 July 2014 via mobile

We stumbled upon this restaurant after a busy morning but were fit in without a booking. We ordered from the set lunch menu - they only had one starter and one main that were meat free but both were really good - perfectly cooked crunchy veg and spring rolls, not at all oily. Staff were attentive and made us feel welcome - would go again!

“Very Enjoyable”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 15 July 2014

We visited here as a group of 6 after one of our friends recommended the place. We were given a cosy table downstairs, completely on our own which was nice. We elected to go for the banquet menu, which at around £30.00 per head isn't cheap, but we were mighty pleased we did.

The selection of starters was excellent and the mains were faultless. Overall, it was a superb Thai dining experience.

Throw in 3 bottles of wine and tip, it averaged to £40.00 pp which for the quality of food and wine was good value.

Won't hesitate to return when we are back in Edinburgh for an evening meal.

“A Fine Recommendation”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 13 July 2014 via mobile

Recommended by a client who works in Edinburgh regularly. We took my niece here on Saturday 12/07/14 to celebrate her recent exam results. They have 2 sittings at 6 and 9 so best to book to avoid disappointment or being rushed.

A comprehensive menu with interesting house specialities. Good wine list, friendly and knowledgeable waiters. Be warned portion sizes are generous!

“Great Thai restauant”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 11 July 2014

Visited following reading a review and was not disappointed. We did not book but they found us a tale for two. The review had spoken about sea food so we tried two different versions of dishes with scallops, prawns and monkfish in. Both were surperb especially the dish I had which had a very nice kick. We shared a portion of coconut rice which was large enough to do. the deserst that followed were very generous in size and teh banana fritter I had was one of teh lightest and nicest ones I'd had. Drinks are reasonably priced and there is limited on street parking but the restaurant is only 5 minutes walk from the main bus routes.
