From booking to arrival the process was simple. Martin texted us the key collection info and car park info, so that when we arrived it was easy. The apartment itself was clean, airy and felt very much at home. We tended to eat out so didn't use the kitchen facilities. The bed was very comfortable too. The location of Jeffrey St (Flat 1), is excellent. 5 Mins walk from the train station, I think gives an indication of how central it is. We shall definately stay again.
We enjoyed our stay at Jeffrey Street very much. The space was as described and very comfortable - clean, well furnished and extremely well located. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to from there. There was road construction going on that made it hard for us to find parking, but parking garage at Waverly Station worked out fine.
Keys were mailed to us at an intermediate stop on our trip. We had some stressful moments, but the keys arrived in the mail a half hour before we left. The directions for which key to use for which door seemed a bit intimidating (after 2 weeks of travel) but everything worked out perfectly.

Our second stay in this apartment and we booked almost immediately after leaving last year. Plenty of room to stretch out (except in the shower) and a well equipped kitchen. Most importantly, even though it is seconds from the Royal Mile there is no nighttime noise from festival revelers which we know disturbs other visitors. And then it is a few minute's walk from Waverley station, so if you are arriving by train, no taxis or buses to pay for.

This lovely, classically decorated flat served as my home and working base for almost three weeks. It was charming, comfortable and, as it looks out onto a side street, sufficiently quiet. The modern, compact kitchen was fully stocked, which allowed me to cook easily and entertain several times during my stay. Select antique pieces throughout complemented this 19th-century tenement building with its high ceilings. Also, the bed was extremely comfortable, a make-it-or-break-it factor! The only drawback was the shower; it was very small. Everything else, though, was ideal, especially the location – steps from the Royal Mile, a three-minute walk from Waverly Station and five minutes from groceries, department stores and a 24-hour gym on Princes Street. Can’t wait to stay in this beautiful flat again.
Appartement is very central - just a few steps from the Royal Mile and yet in a quiet area so you can sleep comfortably at night. The place has all the necessary amenities. We were a family of 4 with 2 teenage girls and stayed comfortably in the apartment.
