Honest, no frills but good value. One can tell that Premier Inn tries in this difficult segment and trains their personnel well. Rooms are small but clean and tidy -- much like the budget hotels in continental Europe, but better in the end.

Arrived following a long hot journey, check in was super quick. We got up to our room and it was air conditioned, immaculately clean and well presented. We booked the meal deal and were not disappointed by the choice in the Beefeater restaurant next door for supper and breakfast was excellent too. We were out until late, entry back into the hotel was easy and we didn't hear a thing until the morning. The location is excellent for all the local attractions the staff are very attentive and their attention to detail was great, they are knowledgeable about the local amenities and really go the extra mile to ensure that your stay is enjoyable. Great place, will definitely be returning.

Stayed here for two wee weeks with my wee hen in two different rooms. The first room was great apart from one day we returned to find the Holy Bible had been put in the bed which I found very very odd and a bit worrying as I am a strict Christian. Aside from this the first week was great and the breakfast superb.
As for the second, I don't know if this was the location of the room but we consistantly seemed to have to endure particularly noisy neighbours and one day I walked into the post that was in the middle of the room and gave a myself a bruise. We did not find the beds as comfortable as the first week and sometimes my bedsheet even came untucked!! The breakfast was great as it had been the first week however one morning a glass exploded in my wee hand and shocked me deeply. I would stay here again but probably not for a wee while.

Stayed here overnight while visiting some local attractions. We were really impressed by the friendly staff and the bedroom was clean and comfortable. The location was really good as it overlooks the canal and you can have a nice walk along it. It was just over a mile to walk to The Falkirk Wheel. We walked into the town centre too which is also about a mile but you can catch a bus just round the corner.
We had dinner and breakfast in the Beefeater next door and the food was very nice although not cheap. The staff were really nice and friendly there too but it does seem to get busy at night so it might be best to book in advance.
Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

we were staying at a neighbouring Premier Inn, but the breakfast on the on-site Outside Inn was diabolical, so we went for breakfast to the Falkirk Central Premier Inn on the Sunday. The restaurant was very comfortable and the staff extremely friendly.
Breakfast was great and they were offering "kids eat breakfast free".
Great !
