“Super Helpful Staff & A Jacuzzi !!!”
Reviewed 22 August 2013

I stayed at the Leapark Hotel with a National Holiday trip to the Edinburgh Tattoo.

A member of our group left their keys in the room and didn't realise until we were halfway home. I called the hotel & they agreed to post the keys back to us, the keys arrive 2 days later without any charge to us.

Location - the hotel is amongst houses, Grangemouth is more than 30 mins from Edinburgh so I would not stay here if visiting Edinburgh but would if visiting Grangemouth.

The hotel & restaurant - A lovely building, the bar is very modern and the restuarant is very traditional. The restrooms are lovely.

Room - lovely room, had a fridge, a desk, plenty of room, spare bedding and a fab bathroom with a jacuzzi bath & seperate shower.

Food - It is set menu for the evening meal with the National Holiday trip & it was okay .. not brilliant but okay. Breakfast was buffet style and incredibly chaotic, I had quite a wait for my toast & hot drink. I asked for sauce as there wasn't any on any of the table I was told they would get some and none was brought to the table.

Service - the waiting staff were friendly to us but we saw several instances of them being snippy with other guests.

Room Tip: Ask for one of the rooms in the original house as they are bigger and some have jacuzzis.

We are a group of 8 bike lads on our way to Knockhill and chose this hotel for our Saturday night stop over.We were made to feel very welcome and because of this we ate and drank here on the evening they have good menu to suit every pocket and the food was of good quality. The rooms are very clean and comfortable the only down side was trying to control the temperature of the shower. We will be back next year.

Not the best hotel in the world but the hotel bar is decent and the breakfast is good. I had room 22 which had a dodgy shower and i mentioned it each day of my stay and it was not fixed at all during my 4 day stay. But from what we were told this is the pretty much the Ritz when it comes to other hotels in Granemouth

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a working shower. Maybe in the house in the grounds as my colleagues stayed the...

I stay at the Leapark hotel in Grangemouth on a regular basis and its about time I gave them a mention. The rooms are spacious and always clean. The reception staff are extremely polite and efficient.

The food is good quality and the menu is varied from steaks to salads or even a curry. You can eat either in the restaurant or bar lounge, most people tend to eat in the bar lounge as there is more atmosphere. The waitresses are very helpful and again willing to assist whereever possible.
So who stays there. During the week it tends to be people like myself who are on business, but you also get bus tours from all over europe. Ifyour looking for a fine hotel with friendly staff this should be definately on your list.

My partner and I recently stayed at the Leapark Hotel in Grangemouth as we were visiting relatives. The hotel receptionist was warm and friendly and guided as to a room. The decor of the room was in a traditional floral style, with dark furniture and was very clean. The hotel is very quaint and styled in a traditional scottish way. Our booking came with a inclusive breakfast which we had the next morning. Our waitress was very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be staying here again and would recommend this hotel and friendly and good value for money. .

Stayed overnight Sat 20/4/13, and had an amazingly relaxing time. ALL staff were so friendly, helpful and very pleasant. Booked a table for a BAR MEAL, due to the popularity of the hotel. My wife and i enjoyed a drink at the bar and were amazed at how many people were arriving for a meal, hence booking! Food was first class, along with the service. Room was very comfortable also. Good breakfast. On checkout, the two young, very enthusiastic ladies at reception were amazingly cheery, which made our day. They couldnt have been anymore pleasant or helpful. A hidden gem for a lovely stay. Will definately return for a longer stay. Many thanks to ALL STAFF Leapark. Charlie n Heather McAllister from Lanark.

We stayed last night for 1night booked a late deal but were upgraded to an executive twin room. It was amazing as was the very large bathroom. All of the staff are really friendly. We will have no hesitation in visiting again. Loved it!
