Had a lovely meal here with friends. First visit here since it changed owners a few years ago. The decor was much the same, but the food was much nicer.

I had fish and chips and it was very tasty and then toffee pecan cheesecake, which was also very nice. Everyone in our group were happy with their meals. The portion sizes were good too. It is a bit more expensive than the other places to eat in Dunfermline, but it was lovely food and worth it for a great.

Well worth a visit. We will definitely be back!

I've visited twice for dinner in recent months. The first time was the al a carte menu, and the second time the evening menu. The food was delicious on both occasions. The steak was cooked to perfection and the burgers delicious. Desserts are a real treat! We love the welcome and atmosphere too, feel really at home and look forward to returning soon!

First visit here on Friday evening and we enjoyed the experience. The restaurant has a lovely cosy feel to it. I had asked for some "bubbles" to be put on ice for us arriving to celebrate my daughter's exam success. It was there waiting for us, the proprietor was very jolly and attentive making sure everyone had a glass. The menu is varied and the choices we made were all very good. Two of us took the Pork "special" and it was delicious. Lasagne, Steak Pie and Curry were all equally as good. The Sweets looked amazing, only two of our party were able for dessert and they had Cheesecake.
We will definitely go back and maybe save space for sweet!

Fantastic lunch and a dessert to die for. Huge portions, great service - with a smile and would definitely go back, well done.

Have been here three times. Tried different dishes from the menu but food was nothing special. Really disappointed as it advertises and takes pride in serving great home cooked food. Friends have also been unimpressed.
