I took a few photos near the entrance of this park, but did not have time to go too far inside, this park.
I enjoyed what I saw, and The Squirrels are quite tame, and come very close.

“Great Park!”
Reviewed 23 April 2014

If I lived near here, I would be at this part everyday. Went there for a few hours with my partners family and luckily the Scottish weather held out and we had a great walk and play. The play area is great but the best part was walking along by the river and enjoying the sun splitting through the trees. Really was lovely

“A hidden gem in Dunfermline Pittencrieff Glen”
Reviewed 17 April 2014

Walking down Dunfermline High Street you will come to the gates to Pittencrieff Glen this large park is superb for walking through leafy glades with a stream meandering beside you gifted to Dunfermline by Andrew Carnegie it is a magnet for children with an adventure playground , popular with visitors from other towns who have nothing like it . There is a museum and hot houses in the centre with a Café and the Glen Pavillion which is available to hire for events and weddings The peacocks are being reintroduced and many people take peanuts to feed the sqirrels

“Lovely place to walk”

Especially lovely in spring when the rhododendren bushes are in bloom. Lovely flower gardens and a nice place to walk. The Abbey is right at the top of the park

“A Gem Of A Place”
Reviewed 8 March 2014

Fantastic park with something for everyone. Free car parking, woodland walks with waterfalls, 2 children's play parks, rose garden, hot house, museum to name a few. We come here quite often for day trips and we bring a picnic. If your lucky you may see the squirrels and even the peacocks that roam the grounds. There is an ice cream van, a café (which we have never tried) also public toilets although I think these may have seasonal opening hours. Today we enjoyed a walk in the March sunshine :-).
