I honestly have been on many self Catering breaks but this cottage and views were fantastic, the owner Brian and his wife went further than any self Catering holiday I've been on with there hospitality,fantastic strawberry cup cakes and large fresh cream cake plus cereals as a welcome to there fantastic cottage with fluffy white bath robes and slippers,the cottage was spotless and the lights in the photo's of the cottage were fantastic,every part of the cottage was fantastic,the garden had a very large hot tub that was well used by my family especially my granddaughter who is 6yrs old,also there were double swings and a play hut,I would recommend this property to everyone, I will definitely be Going back there soon, thank u Brian and ur lovely wife for making our stay memorable and good memories for all of us,kind regards diane

Just back from an amazing weekend at this holiday cottage. From start to finish we couldn't of asked for much better. Upon arrival we were meant by the owner Brian who showed us around the cottage and how to work the appliances and the amazing lighting all around the house and also the very nicely sized hottub. He had also mentioned that his wife had left a "little something" in the fridge and we where pleasantly surprised while unpacking that she had baked us beautiful cupcakes and a huge cream and jam sponge which went down great once we'r settled in with a coffee in the garden looking over the fields at a stunning view while our granddaughter played on the swings. The tubtub is the best part the view from there is amazing. It had 3 very spacious bedrooms all with nice lighting and very large bathroom with a great shower. And what a wonderful surprised the luxury robes where too. The whole house and Garden was immaculately clean. The owners have done a wonderful job. The cottage definitely exceeded our expectations and we look forward to visiting again. Thanks for having us.

I do not normally write reviews but had to in this case. The location is perfect with beautiful views than can be viewed from all south facing doors,windows and garden. The Hot Tub looking over the views was the reason we initially booked it and we were not dissapointed it was large and could easily seat 6 people.The cottage was immaculately presented throughout and the feature lighting throughout was amazing. To say it was spotless was an understatement. Balgonie Castle on the edge of the town is a must visit.
Thanks to Linda for such a warm welcome and the home made cakes she kindly made for us they were amazing. Now looking for a date in my calendar to re-book again.
