Last week I telephoned in an order, 12" half-half Pizza and there was a slight confusion with it. Something like he was going to charge double for the ingredients because I was ordering a half n' half pizza.
He then condescendingly proceeded to break-down what he just said into smaller, mentally digestible sentences - which didn't help matters as his argument was fundamentally flawed. Whatever, I just want pizza tonight.
I went over to collect the pizza, and it wasn't ready after telephoning it in 15 minutes ago. He then took out the pizza (which was a large goopy mess of liquid cheese and bbq sauce) and attempted to cut the pizza into slices, couldn't.. then gave up, wrapped it up and demanded the money.
Maybe they're just used to dealing with sloppy, drunken students but that is not how you treat a customer who's relatively loyal. Loyal in the sense that it's the closest chippy to me and I'm too lazy to walk into town, kinda way.
