“About the Fifth or Sixth Best Course in St. Andrews”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 13 August 2008

If you'll be in St. Andrews for more than three or four days, you might want to hit this course, which is not bad, but certainly not up to the standards of many others in the area.

At 65 pounds ($130) it is not exactly cheap and golfers generally tote their own bags (pull carts are available). It runs alongside the Old Course on the way out and the Jubilee Course on the way back.

We played this course in an unscheduled round on our day of arrival after a long, overnight plane flight. Under those circumstances, it was perfect. Fresh air, exercise and enough of a challenge to keep you awake until dinner.
