This is at the bottom of the street as you cross from the car parks so it's the first place you come to and we were hungry. Haggis spring rolls were fab for starters. Reasonably good meals for lunch here and reasonable value, but the place just seems a little tired and the staff seemed beleaguered. During our lunch someone (either the owner or the owner's rep) was conducting an interview with some poor guy for a kitchen job. We could overhear way too much of the conversation. It was so unfair on him and we didn't really feel comfortable. Hope he got the job.
If you carry on up the street a wee bit there are plenty of other eating choices.

On arrival into St Andrews, this was the first place we encountered. The staff were friendly, service a little slow. One thing I can't abide is tacky tables. It's not difficult to wipe down a table. It serves limited pub grub and I would say it was average, wouldn't be rushing back.

On both visits we were faced with a huge crowd, If soccer is your thing, this is the place to visit.

Went here for a quick lunch. Simply brakes frozen food, after tucking into my macaroni cheese I found a hair the lovely bar man went and spoke his his manager about it and we were offered pudding for free. Which was ice cream and a chocolate cake really isn't hard to do! After waiting 40 mins we were told they wouldn't be long, after waiting another 10 we got fed up and left! The place wasn't busy at all so there was no excuse! Should of went to sub way!
