The lodges are a good base for exploring Fife. They are well appointed, with everything needed for a great self catering break. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and the views across the countryside. The 2 bathrooms are a big plus and speed up the time taken to get out and about every day!

We had a great 4 days. The lodges are well worth a visit.

We have just returned from a week's stay at Elderburn Lodges and would highly recommend a stay here. The accomodation is first class, as is the location. We are a family of four and we stayed in one of the two bedroom lodges which was spacious and furnished to a very high standard. The location was fantastic with wonderful views and close to St Andrews. They truly are luxury lodges!

We have just returned from a lovely July family break and have thoroughly enjoyed staying in the fantastic 3 bedroom lodge with our 3 children. The accommodation is first class. Extremely comfortable, well equipped, spacious, beautifully and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed having our own en-suites, no need to queue for the shower! The kitchen/diner has everything you could possibly need for a self-catering holiday. The location is stunning. Very peaceful and quiet with beautiful views and lovely sunsets and very close to St Andrews and Elie. The children enjoyed the beautiful beaches and exploring the Fife countryside. Plenty to do in the area and many places to choose from for eating out. The nicest holiday lodges we have ever stayed in. Wish we had stayed longer!

Just returned from Elderburn lodges near St Andrews. Great location - looking out over countryside towards fantastic sunsets with lots to see and do round about. The lodge was 5 star quality - we even had two patios to choose from when the sun broke out. The 2 bedroom accommodation was all on one level, very spacious and full of light.

We enjoyed a great mid June family weekend in this self catering accommodation, visiting our daughter who is studying at the university. We stayed in one of the 3 bedroom houses, and the standard of accommodation was superb, lots of space, lovely en-suites, exceptionally comfortable beds, huge well equipped dining kitchen. Location was special, best of both worlds, being close to St Andrews but very peaceful, and our house had a great aspect, with views overlooking the Fife countryside and a field of horses. We will definitely return!

What can I say other than Fantastic! Don't be put off by the lack of reviews. The lodges have only just opened and we were in fact the first guests. Myself and my husband shared a two bedroom lodge with my son and his fiancé and their four week old baby. The accommodation is spacious and furnished and decorated to a very high standard. The owner Anne has thought of absolutely everything you could possibly need for a relaxing break and she is only a phone call away if you need her. These lodges well deserve the title of Luxury Lodges. They are set in a peaceful country location yet only 10 minutes drive from St. Andrew and easy to find. We spent the day out visiting St. Andrews and Anstruther and enjoyed the evening in the luxury of our lodge. We can't wait to return. The lodges are going to be very popular in the future months as word spreads as to how amazing they are. Definitely the nicest place we have stayed while visiting the area.
