From the time we arrived to the time we left John was very accommodating and went out of his way to make out time very comfortable. This was our first time in Scotland and in a B&B. Our room was well appointed. The Guest House is a short walk to a railway station and to places to have an evening meal. Of which we enjoyed some well prepared and presented meals. We recommend this a a place to stay in Glasgow.

Our family stayed for a wedding. John was so hospitable and helpful. He bent over backwards to bless us. We sat in the garden and in the breakfast area as well as the lounge and we had a wonderful family time. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excelent even for over 20 on one morning. It was so enjoyable that we are going back to stay in September,
The best B&B i have stayed in by far!!!

Room Tip: I would recommend staying here. Our extended family stayed in everyroom and they are all great

This is a peaceful haven, yet so handy for all the many attractions that Glasgow has to offer. John is such a welcoming host and can't do enough for his guests. We had a comfortable room and after a busy day came back and made ourselves a welcome cuppa in the wee kitchen provided for the guests. Next morning, fully refreshed, we thoroughly enjoyed the fresh fruit platter, which was a tasty alternative from the Full Scottish, also on offer.

Hands down one of the best places I've stayed in. Highly recommended!! Funny enough, the other place I loved is also in Scotland. I see a pattern here?

My friends (including AHbb a few reviews below) and I stayed at the family suite in June. John was very attentive and helpful during our stay. (Sorry John had to wait up for us on our arrival) While it's not located in city central but it's only one stop away by train. The station is close to the house. I actually quite enjoyed the stroll in the neighborhood. I'll definitely stay here should I visit Glasgow again.

Good hotel, well located - 10 min walk from the tube station. Nice host - well cooked breakfast. Nice parks and gardens in close proximity.

Rooms are nice - the view in our room was not great (overlooking the dining room) but very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again if we come to Glasgow

We stayed once again at the Guest House while seeing family in Scotland. It continues to work to the highest standards of elegance, cleanliness and friendliness. Apart from the great location- close to two great parks, easy access from two motorways, busstop outside door, train station 10 minutes walk, walking distance from Burrell Museum, Art Lovers House, sports facilities, the guest house has an independent kitchen for guests.
Cannot wait to return!

I booked my mum in here and John and his team could not have done more for her and her partner. The best accommodation she has been in many years she says.
Haat off to you for looking after her so well.
