It was great to stay in a new funky fresh hotel. This hotel has gadgets and gizmo's galore and it was a fun experience. The room is a sufficient size and the bed is massive!!

A few of my friends came to visit my room and thought it was fantastic too and would definitely love to come and stay in this hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

we stayed over as it's always a hassle getting home when the last train is midnight. Very impressed with how easy the check in process was. the room could be described as Spartan but it had everything that you would need for a short stay. The kingsize bed was very comfortable & the walk in shower was easily big enough for 2,if you're that way inclined. The mood light is a nice touch but trying to find all the controls takes a bit of time.I would recommend this hotel for anyone on a short stay.

Although the hotel was lovely and state of the art. My only disappointment was that the hotel rooms did not cater for tea and coffee facilities within the room and also there was no lock on the toilet door. Cannot fault the hotel otherwise.

We stayed just one night on my birthday while dining nearby and attending the Theatre Royal. Hotel is excellently situated for this and for shopping on Sauchiehall Street. Staff were very pleasant, friendly and efficient. We much appreciated the free birthday drinks. The foyer, lounge areas are quirkily decorated and fun with good collection of art books. The room does indeed have a 'pod' feel, something akin to a cabin on a cruise ship with much electronic gadgetry, including mood lighting, all controlled from the same remote. Not all of this works flawlessly (eg lost channels at times when performing some other function), but no big disasters. Shower great but cubicle is 'in' the room and there isn't much space for luggage etc, so ok for our single night but might not be to easy with more stuff. Not much room either if you wanted to set up laptop and papers for work. Bed was very comfy and big, but it is exactly the width of the room so only access is by climbing aboard from the bottom edge. Great shutters and blackout and we found our room (floor 5 to 'courtyard' very quiet. All in all really good fun and very well worth considering for a short stay.

This hotel prooves budget doesn't have to be poor. Contrariwise! Design really is design in this hotel. This hotel is in one word beautiful and stimulating. Every detail iss thoughtfully worked out. Right type of atmosphere and a perfect sense of humour. Fun to be in from check in to check out. Staff is very friendly and cheerful. Informal ánd respectful. Rooms 14 m2 but smartly organised. Big lounge with 24/7 staff, food, music, internet and books compensates if you really need more space.

I stayed here for one night in Nov 2010 and loved it. Brilliant huge and amazingly comfortable bed, strong shower (and I loved the mood lighting in the shower). Rooms are indeed small, and you have to climb up into the bed, so maybe not ideal if you're traveling with your aged auntie, but perfect for younger people. Great fun, and I'd stay here again for sure.
