My wife & I were at a wedding celebration here on Friday last. This is without doubt one of the most outstanding/extravagant venues we have been to in recent years. The place absolutely oozes class and from the minute you walk through the door the staff ensure that you are well taken care of. We managed a sneak view of some of the rooms in house 5 and they are the last word in class& luxury. If money is of no option and you really want to spoil yourself ....GO. A small observation but nontheless a defining one is that you are never aware of the many members of staff...until you need them!

Spent last night here with my husband, the suite we had was stunning with everything in it you would need.,our room faced the front and we were woken several times in the night by the sirens of emergency vehicles going on as they approached the crossroads outside. The mini bar prices were expensive £1.55 for a small bag of crips £1.55 for a small bottle of water the spirits I suppose average in price at just under £6 . The hotel is very very dark in decor and lighting which is soothing and romantic at night but not so in the day and I do like to be able to see what I'm eating at dinner, talking of which we both expected better and had a very average meal at a top price. Staff were not friendly but were helpful, there seemed a general lack of atmosphere. I would recommend staying here as it is an experience, the layout of the hotel is quirky due to joining up of the row of town houses and the rooms are well furnished.

Room Tip: Although the view is good from the front rooms I would go for one away from the main A82 as very bus...

Fantastic hotel, originally West End Townhouses all merged together but maintaining the feel and look of tradition. Special. Large rooms with most comforts. Lovely restaurant. The kind of place where you want to sit peacefully and talk quietly. Very relaxing. Staff very knowledgeable and attentive.

Room Tip: Go for a Classic. All rooms at the front will have ambulance sirens going occasionally due to the lo...

Wonderful experience at One Devonshire Gardens. Visited just before Christmas so had the added benefit of the charming decorations making the place look all the more beautiful. Lots of quaint & individual little sitting rooms to relax in due to the building being made up of several linked townhouses. Greeted with a mulled wine on arrival and staff were efficient, friendly and informative. Had a Standard room which was very clean and stylish. No issues with noise despite fairly busy traffic route outside. Breakfast included in price. Only slight downside to our stay was breakfast, as had to hunt for staff to ask about seating, then waited a while to have our order taken and when food did arrive it was a little cold. Overall though very pleased and would recommend for a quiet and relaxing stay. :-)

Second trip to ODG. Attentive staff where nothing was trouble, great welcome including nip of 10 year old Macallan gold. Room up on 3rd floor front facing was very quiet, comfortable & well kitted out. Huge bath tub, monsoon shower, nespresso machine, flat screen TV. Dinner in the bistro was one of the best meals we have ever had, again attentive but non intrusive staff, good menu knowledge & recommendations. Dinner was an 'experience' rather than just a meal. Breakfast menu the next day also had a great selection, Sunday's breakfast runs 8-11 which is great. I can't wait to go back.

Room Tip: All the rooms are different, ask at booking if you want particular features.

Wonderful and very welcoming place. With free parking all day and all night.

It was kind of unpleasant to not have the breakfast included to our £200 (and more) room. Other then that, I would highly recommend this place.
