Admission to the Kelvingrove museum is entirely free (like most museums in Glasgow). Most of the exhibits are fun and geared towards kids, so it’s perfect for children. And for the adults, check out the infamous Dali painting.

We heard about this on the radio, what a brilliant place. The council pay for the upkeep. You are walking back looking at the old buildings. This is so informative and for all age groups.

spent 4 hr reviewing the displays - more museum than art gallery - very interesting. And a nice little lunch place also.

It’s a perfect place to discover new things and the best for children. The building is beautiful and the food is also good.

Been visiting this Glasgow landmark attraction since I was a child and continued that by costing regularly with my own son who is now a teenager but still enjoys our days out at Kelvingrove.
Beautiful building in a lovely West End location with lots of interesting artwork and exhibits.
A must do for families on a visit to Glasgow...and it's all for free.

Having the time to do this is very rare so took an afternoon over it.
Loads to see, The Burrell collection, natural history section, contemporary and modern art including a large part dedicated to Macintosh

First of all, I'm not an art expert at all but we do love a large slice of history, especially Victorian and the industrial revolution so a visit to the Kelvingrove was a real treat. On arrival we were met by a very passionate, well informed guide who directed us to the items that we were really interested in. On leaving we were able to marvel at the buildings incredible symmetrical architecture - Stunning!!!
