This was a school trip and having only been once previously with family, I was looking forward to it. We had 300 children. The park is large so expect a lot of walking. It has highland cattle, a fantastic playground area, ice cream van (this may be seasonal) and there is loads more to do including Pollok House, The Burrell collection, the woodland walks and much more. To be honest we got lost, didnt do as much as we planned to and as the weather was great, we spent most of the time by the play parkarea. The toilets are here, the ice cream van and The Burrell Collection where the shop is and the toilets. The ice cream van is very expensive with a can £1.50 and a cone £1.80 (no flake). There was only 1 poor person serving so the queue was enormous. The cons, it is large and need to be better sign posted. A few more toilets would be great too. Other than that, what a great day out.
