Friendly and good hotel. I was a bit confused that a twin bed room is nearly the same like a double bed room. The only difference is that the beds can be separated ca. 20 cm. That's a bit weird if you travel with a friend.

Not one of the better Premier Inn's with regards to room quality, but still acceptable nonetheless. Rooms are quite small here, the mattresses were worn out and the room got pretty hot even with the portable air con. Other than that everything else was faultless, friendly check in, generally clean room, value for money and a great city centre location.

Probably the worst Premier Inn I've stayed at and I stay at many. In need of a revamp. Certainly the most soul-less restaurant of any premier Inn and a smaller menu than usual. Room was small and depressing. Wi-fi - 1 bar if you are lucky and they charge for > 30 Minutes - don't bother. At the depressing end of Argyle street which does not help. Staff as always pleasant and helpful but just such a poor building.

Room Tip: try a different hotel - most premier inns are excellent

Your feedback is very much appreciated as it enables us to improve standards. Our Wi-Fi has just been upgraded to help with the signal.

This hotel is within walking distance (15 minutes) of Buchanan Gallery for shopping and the Hydro for entertainment. We were welcomed on arrival and given all the information required for our stay. We had a lovely breakfast in the morning and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Plenty to eat and good variety. If booking this hotel through booking.com be aware that the cost of the breakfast on their site is incorrect. It is more expensive than stated but I considered it very good value.

What a poor hotel, rooms are pokey, in need of a lick of paint and general updating, the shower power was poor, we were on the 6th floor, noise level was high, couldn't put the air con on as the u it rattled and kept you awake - poorest premier inn I have stayed in - pity anyone who is staying in this hotel for CWG 2014

Stayed here for two nights over a period of time. First, let me detail the good points: The staff here are absolutely lovely. From Megan in the bar and Kyle on reception to all the others they were welcoming, smiling and obviously anxious that everyone enjoyed their stay. The best I have ever met in a Premier Inn and one reason why I have given this one such a high grade. The food, although of the Premier Inn type, was good as well. The steaks were really tasty, for instance, and the breakfast was good value at the price. So what was wrong? On my first visit I was put in Room 701A. This was an awful room! Stuck right up in the roof, small, the television was placed in a unit so it could not be operated from one side of the bed and was only partially visible from the other. The only mirror was stuck behind the lavatory so you could not see to shave properly. The heating controls actually said they could not be used to cool the room, the window was sealed shut. Consequently, I spent a sleepless, hot, stuffy night stuck up in the roof. I mentioned this the next morning to the charming and sympathetic lady on reception and she promised that on my next visit a few days later I would be in another room. I was but it was in 701B, the same as the one before but opposite! When I pointed this out, I was changed to another room on the seventh floor which was far, far better, except that the water pressure up there was a bit on the low side and kept on cutting out while you had a shower. Also the WiFi for which you had to pay, only worked near the door, not in the bedroom itself so you could not use it at the desk/dressing table which was an inconvenience. The reception denied that this was the case but, indeed, it was. Premier Inn says it guarantees a good night's sleep or your money back. I had a bad night's sleep and told them both at reception and on line but I am still waiting for my refund.

Room Tip: Avoid rooms 701A and B
