Everyone was very accommodating and helpful. My son forgot his toothbrush but amazingly they were able to supply one and bathrobes on request along with free WiFi and complimentary mini-bar were just a few of the things that enable me to rate this hotel above and beyond places like The Radisson
This hotel is also really well sited for the city centre

One night in Glasgow for birthday celebrations so we were looking for something that bit special, and found it at The Indigo.

Well appointed & clean room with loads of freebies, amazing shower and unfortunately the same (no) WiFi issues reported by other customers, with the same response from Reception mentioned in other reviews. This was easy to remedy with the wireless router I purchased for a recent trip to Japan.

The bed was very comfortable, overall good value for money.

Room Tip: Bring a wireless router to guarantee WiFi in your room !

A well located hotel in central Glasgow; everything is within walking distance.

The service on check-in was efficient and friendly. Our room on the first floor was lovely: well appointed, well designed and with a boutique feel to it. If you can judge the quality of a hotel by the toiletries, then White Stuff is certainly up there! The free mini-bar is a real bonus - you only get one of most things (pre-mixed GnT, white wine, diet Coke, etc) but two beers.

The only slight niggle with the room was that we couldn't connect to the free wifi - poor reception in our room and it wouldn't connect when we did get signal. We spoke to reception who gave us the "it is being fixed" line but thankfully we always travel with a mini wifi router (for £15 it is a gadget worth packing!) which we plugged into the wall and had excellent connectivity within seconds.

We had a night cap at the lovely hotel bar. The staff are very friendly and chatty. The prices are typically hotel-bar high. We opted not to have breakfast at the hotel as there are so many places within walking distance.

We would highly recommend this hotel but don't rely on he wifi working.

Hotel Indigo is a great brand and Glasgow is an excellent example. Really well located for business, shopping and nightlife. Excellent personal service. Fantastic rooms. FREE WIFI!!. Comfortable beds, i-pod docking station. All the things you want seem to come as standard. I just always forget to raid the complimentary mini-bar!!!!

We loved our stay at Hotel Indigo! The staff was super courteous and helpful--they even let us check in a bit earlier when our train arrived sooner than we expected. The lobby/bar/restaurant area is gorgeous, and our room was as well. Very nicely decorated with all the bells and whistles you expect from a nice hotel. We were able to walk to all the top shopping spots and restaurants in Glasgow with ease, and there was even a conveniently located pub just across the street for a few pre-dinner drinks. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I stayed at the Hotel Indigo for several nights a week on business for a number of weeks in the early part of 2013, so got a pretty good feel for the place.
Firstly, its location is excellent - a stones throw from Central Station and, although very much in the middle of Glasgow and bars etc, never particularly noisy at night.
Secondly, I can't recall an occasion when the staff weren't anything but courteous and friendly, from reception to restaurant to room service.
I ate several times at the hotel and it was an interesting (in a good way) menu, with restaurant and bar offering decent options. My only criticism is the horrendous price for a pint of any kind of beer!
The rooms are all seemingly in the same overall, modern style but certainly not identikit. Each floor has a differently themed photos in the corridors, while the in-room complimentary mini-bar offers snacks and water that are replenished each day. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean.
I used the gym on numerous occasions - it's down in the basement with a couple of treadmills, bikes, cross trainers and some weights. Occasionally it was busy but at other times no-one else was in there.
I'm struggling to find anything bad to say about the Hotel Indigo - highly recommended.
