my husband and I had a lovely stay last sunday/Monday at the indigo. we had a lovely larger room - very roomy and beautifully decorated. bonnie and cher on reception were charming as were all the staff we met. our meal sunday evening was delicious as was breakfast. we will certainly return to the indigo and will recommend it. Julie and hugh sneddon..

Room Tip: upgrade to a larger room if you can really worth it/

Parking is always an issue in a big city, but there is a carpark just opposite the hotel where discounted parking is offered by getting the hotel to stamp the ticket.
Breakfast was a slight disappointment. Not very imaginative, but as it was included in the deal, no real complaints. You can always tell a really good breakfast by the standard of the coffee!
Centrally situated in a quiet location but within walking distance of good restaurants. Helpful receptionist.

The hotel is only a few years old; the rooms are very nice and clean and the bed comfortable. We stayed for 4 nights; our rate included wireless internet but we were not able to get internet access in our room the entire stay. The hotel staff did not seem overly concerned about this, but it was extremely inconvenient (we had to go stand near the elevators or to the lobby for internet access). The location is good; close to the central train station.

We stayed for my son's birthday for one night and we couldn't have made a better choice. From the friendly assistance provided by Colm on the front desk to the excellent service from all the waiters/waitresses at dinner and breakfast... can't recommend the Indigo highly enough. A top location too - just down the road from Central Station

Very welcoming receptionist who knew Glasgow well and was happy to share his knowledge. The hotel was quiet and restful even though right in the city centre. Walking distance to all you could want including the main train station. Great value breakfast available although a "traditional" breakfast seemed to be just the cooked bit, whereas most include toast, fried bread and continental too (this was available too at extra charge but naming could be clearer).

ONLY "drawback" is no free parking, which is pretty common in major cities, but discount rate next door so £11.25 a night. Very handy for the main station but would not bring car for long stay.

Room Tip: Not sure if they have bad rooms, ours was great :)

Nice rooms, the view was a bit grim, and its not quite in the centre of things but the taxis are cheap. We went into town for a meal so didn't have dinner but breakfast was good. lots of business delegates staying there.
