My husband and I have used this hotel on many occasions and wouldn`t go anywhere else. The room is spacious, well appointed, and decorated and maintained to a high standard, as is the en suite. The staff are so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them. They are one of the main reasons why we keep returning. Breakfasts are buffet style and all requirements are there in plentiful supply. We`ve only had one evening meal and found it very tasty. The location suits us because our family stay in that area but for a holiday maker it is a good location also. I would highly recommend this hotel to visitors. J McKie

My husband and I have used this hotel on several occasions from private functions, hospitality days, and just poppingi n for a meal, the food is exceptional with a great choice of menu, the staff are so helpfully and friendly, it is immaculate and cosy, just the perfect place to relax and be spoiled. Keep your eye out for any special events they have like match/concerts days at Hampdon, Mothers day, and valentines all great value. I would highly recommend this hotel and would like to thank all the staff for there wonderful service, keep up the good work.

Stayed in a Club Room at the back of the annex, it was a delight. The decor is subtle and tasteful, the room and bathroom spacious, clean and confortable. The staff could not have been more helpful and welcoming - and they had to cope with a wedding party. The entrance to the car park is full of pot holes and the main bar is minimalist which rather contrasts with the rest of the hotel but these are hardly reasons for disliking the hotel. Ideal if you want to stay on the South Side.

Attended a wedding here over the weekend and stayed in one of the twin rooms, although it was small it was immaculate and very comfortable. The staff were great throughout! Breakfast was good although I would recommend the sausages :-/

From the offset,as soon as we entered the Car park situated at the rear,we should have known that things would go downhill from here. The reception area was dull and not the most welcoming to guests. We then made our way to a separate building next door, not very well lit at night!!Inside the room, which was very cold, the damp smell hits you straight away. The carpet was poorly fitted and had unmentionable stains on it.The bath had mould around it,there were gaps in the floor/skirting boards and dust everywhere. One of the most uncomfortable beds made for a hours sleep on our night there. The only good thing to say about this hotel was the breakfast.DEFINATELY won't be returning to this hotel. An overhaul is required.

Room Tip: Nothing comes to mind

Firstly, please accept my sincere apologies for the shortcomings you experienced during your recent stay at the Hotel.

I am disappointed that you did not bring these issues to the attention of the Management or Reception Team during your stay, as we could have had the opportunity to address them.

However, I have noted all your areas of concern and I will certainly look at ways to improve them.

We stopped in for a bar meal one Thursday evening, and were offered seating in the restaurant. Both spaces are phenomenal. The restaurant is classy and beautiful without being stuffy, the bar is cosy and inviting, modern and lit with ambient light and candles. I cannot praise this establishment highly enough. The food is of goumet standard, but reasonably priced, the dining areas are stunning and enough cannot be said of the staff, in particluar William the GM who goes out of his way to make you feel at ease and cannot do enough to ensure a wonderful experience. You will be blown away at this little oasis of peace in a busy and stressful world, from the moment you walk into the beautifully decorated and stunningly lit lobby, to the moment you reluctantly leave, planning your next visit. Even the toilets are beautiful and immaculately clean! Although we haven't seen the rooms, we are planning to stay for a couple of nights since we canot afford a holiday this year, and I have decided this is where I am having my wedding and reception - even though I'm not engaged yet! I cannot praise no 10 highly enough.

Your comments regarding your recent visit to the hotel are very generous and for this I thank you. I will certainly pass over your comments to the Team.

We do have a cosy little bar and fantastic Dining Room here at the hotel and I must say, we have had some great feedback about the quality of the food that is served. Certainly everyone who passes is more than welcome to come and experience this themselves.

Hopefully we might see you soon and show you what we can do for weddings!
