Comfortable bed and room really clean even when we moved the beds together so our daughters bed was next to ours. Check-in staff and bar staff very friendly and found the bar prices very reasonable. Good hotel in good location.

Didn't like the location and the hotel does look in need of little tlc compared to the lovely premier inn on Buchanan Street. Security wasn't the best with a sign on the door that says front door locked at 11.30pm and at 12.30 was still open with some dodgy looking characters hanging around outside! Don't need key for lift etc so it gave the impression anyone could be wondering around! Room ok if a little small and soundproofing was rubbish! Won't stay here again if I can help it! Back to Buchanan Street for me!

Thank you for your feedback. At Premier Inn we endeavour to offer the best value quality stay. All feedback both positive and negative is investigated and acted upon to ensure we are offering our customers the best possible standards and service.

Our hotel is one of the older Premier Inns in the city in comparison to the Buchanan Galleries site, however plans are in final stages to hopefully update our offering in the near future, I apologise if this effected your stay. Please also be assured that I will be sure to pick up the front door issue you raised with our Team. Security is a high priority and I will investigate as to why this happened.

Thank you again for your feedback and we look forward to welcoming you back to one of our many Premier Inn hotels in the future.

Have stayed here on many occasions over the last 10years or so but hadn't been in a few years. Great as usual....room clean & everything need available. Very friendly & accommodating staff. Good location for exploring. Enjoyed breakfast. Felt like prices in the bar had increased though in recent years.

We arrived and were warmly welcomed. It was my birthday whilst I was staying at the Hotel, and a maid put a birthday card in our room for when we came back later in the day. Lovely touch. Had breakfast in the restaurant, and the waitress asked us what we had planned for the day. We said we wanted to go to Kelvingrove, so she immediately gave us instructions from the hotel to the nearest bus stop, and it worked well. Lovely stay and would recommend it.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, especially on arrival. Room was clean, large and comfortable. Very little outside noise. Location was central city but tucked away from heavy traffic flow.
The breakfast was OK and again staff were attentive and helpful. Bar prices were a little higher than expected but not exorbitant.
Overall I would stay there again

Recently stayed here for one night due to its convenient location. Check in was simple and the reception staff were lovely and pleasant. Rooms were fine but the only thing missing was an iron! the Beds were really comfy- A much appreciated good nights sleep. we were on the 9th floor and had a nice view of the city. the variety on offer for breakfast was good. however the hot food was not nice. i simply ate it because i was hungry which was a bit appointing. All in all a good hotel the only let down being breakfast.
