As this is a council and public office why not when passing look in and Marvell at the architecture there might be an exhibition on even the main staircase is very imposing and beautifully constructed.

A very impressive building in the heart of the city overlooking the main city square. i have only viewed the exterior of the building, but as far as im aware the interior it can also be viewed (possibly as an arranged tour?).
I understand the building has more marble in the interior hallways than any other in europe.
Also the exterior lighting is a "must see" in the evenings as the sun becomes lower in the skies.

We checked out this place to see if we can look inside and we were surprised that they give free tours! Very knowledgable guide!

Highly recommend taking the free tour at 10.30am or 2.30pm. The interior is astounding. You start with the fabulous marble staircase and each room is beautiful especially the breathtaking ballroom. The guides are knowledgeable. A must see.

Didn't have the opportunity to go inside because of the tour times. This was expected so we were not dissappointed because we could see this magnificent building from outside. Very good photo opportunity and worth the time to observe. Can't comment on the inside.
