I did not stay overnight in the hotel, but I did attend my works Christmas lunch and party. It is also a great place to celebrity spot, as we ladies discovered when (the male) half of our party disappeared for a while to see The Saturdays in the lobby (ditto McFly and Gary Barlow). The hotel looks lovely and is centrally located. The staff are attentive. The Christmas function was good value as it included a disco (though we did not get the free glass of wine on arrival like last year). I would definitely go back and stay there next time.

We stayed at the Radisson Blu for 1 night in December when it was very busy. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is ideal for central Glasgow and shopping. We went to the Hydro and went by train which was very handy for the hotel.

The Lobby was lovely but we were disappointed a little with the rooms as were pretty small. We expected more luxury. Our room stank of smoke and we would've complained earlier if we weren't in a rush to get to concert. One of plug points didn't work either.

There is no car park so we used the NCP car park 5 mins walk away where you get 20% off. It was £5 for 24 hours.

I'm undecided whether I would return to this hotel.

All the staff were friendly and welcoming and seemed to take looking after their customers to a whole new level ! Room was a great size and well furnished with a very comfy bed. Location is ideal for pubs, clubs and shopping. Breakfast buffet had a great selection of everything you could possibly have or want to eat. This rates as one of our best overnights and we look forward to going back.

Room Tip: If you want a great room, great breakfast, great location, and fab customer care then this is the one...

This was a good hotel. The hotel is very centrally located and convenient to local amenities. The rooms were clean and decent size for a short business trip. Rooms had free wifi. As a hotel guest you can use the gym facilities, which has everything you may need.

The two item I did not like,
1- As is typical in most hotels, the lighting. It was difficult to work in the room, as the room lighting was all small table lamp style light, making it difficult to work without effective overhead lighting.
2 - The bed was not very comfortable. It was saggy in the middle, and therefore I did not get a good night sleep.

I stayed here on a business trip, so cannot comment on cost, as work picked up the bill.

Great base for Glasgow shopping, close to bus and rail stations. Check in was a breeze and room large and comfortable. Easy to connect free wifi. Huge choice of hot and cold dishes from breakfast buffet. Especially liked the fresh squeezed orange. Used the valet parking and car appeared within 5 mins. Can't find any negatives with this hotel. Will use again when visiting Glasgow.

Great staff, front desk bar staff. The breakfast buffet was nice, lots of selections to pick from.
The room has a good size, with great wireless. Located right in the centre of downtown Glasgow, close to the train station and a 5 min cab ride to the Hydro and Convention Centre.

Myself and my mother stayed here as we were going to a concert at the Hydro.

I really can't fault the place but in particular their staff are excellent. So friendly and nothing is a trouble to them. God knows what they do to incentivise their staff but many other large hotel chains could learn a lesson here.

We didn't have dinner but did have breakfast, which was excellent and good value at £12 pp. When we arrived at the restaurant, the gent at the entrance showed us to our table, asked if we'd stayed before and when we told him no he explained everything to us.

Next time I'm in Glasgow with my partner, this will most certainly be the hotel I stay in.
