My husband and I stayed at the Radisson Blu Glasgow on 28th February. We had Dinner Bed/Breakfast.
The food and service were excellent. Bedroom spacious and very comfortable.
Staff in the hotel were charming and very friendly and Staff training are to be congratulated.

Location of the hotel is perfect for shops bars etc. I would have no hesitation in staying in this hotel again.

Ideal location for visiting the shops and night life of Glasgow. Quiet rooms despite city centre location. Quite modern and stylish. Breakfast good and overal a decent quality place. It won't make you go "wow" but you won't go far wrong here either.

Room Tip: Go for a room at the back. Quieter.

We stayed in this hotel as we missed our train and our friends were already staying there we ended up getting a cheaper and better room than them. We got an executive suite, it had a good view of Central Station and a nice bathroom. The bar was also good they had a good range of cocktails and beers. We didn't get to fully experience the hotel as we checked in quite late at night but was very nice and comfortable.

Great location for the city centre. Modern and stylish. Check-in/out both faultless and staff were friendly and efficient. Very nice standard room. Clean, spacious, quiet and relaxing. We didn't have dinner, didn't use the gym or any other facilities. When I was leaving I saw a good looking pool table next to the dining area (wish I had spotted it earlier). Discounted parking is good. We would definitely stay here again. Must be one of the best options in Glasgow in this class.

Stayed one night whilst in Glasgow on business - had heard great reviews from colleagues about this 5* hotel but I'm afraid I could not agree. I must admit I cannot fault the extremely courteous staff on reception, dining room, foyer and not forgetting the charming duty manager, however my room was definitely NOT 5*! The bed and pillows were very hard and uncomfortable so not a very good night's sleep. The room was in all, pretty shabby, there were scratches all over the table and on desk, stains on the carpet and what looked like black mould on the wall above bed between room and bathroom. The shower door leaked and bathroom floor was soaking after shower - looked as if it had been like that for a while as the trim was rusty. The room was on 5th floor and there was a constant noise from what sounded like a generator! I could go on!! Oh yes a tip for anyone not wanting woken up too early - put up "do not disturb sign" on door as I had housekeeping knocking on door at 8.10 a.m. Not a great experience but would say that the hotel is in a great location and ideal for the city centre and the breakfast was excellent!

My Mum and I stayed at this hotel on Saturday night, this was a Christmas gift. On arrival at the hotel we were most impressed, staff were both friendly and helpful and we were pleasantly surprised as we were able to check in when we arrived at 11.30am (check in time advertised as 3pm). Rooms were very modern and had all of the nice touches including a fully stocked mini bar!! The hotel bar was nice and relaxing to sit and have a drink within, with staff being most attentive. We both had a good nights sleep too.

Breakfast in the morning was disappointing. We were situated in the furthest away room where we were greeted by unmade and untidy tables. I ordered my main breakfast off of the menu supplied. Mum went to get a cooked breakfast and there was very little choice available at that time, staff advised items were on way - to which the chef did bring an additional plate when ready. Staff within this part of the hotel were not so polite, with two staff members having a 'disagreement' at one point. This however did not impact on our stay.

Overall, most enjoyable and would certainly return.

had one night here this month to attend the forget me not ball and cannot say a bad word about this lovely hotel - check in faultless, room had all you needed, service and food at the function was superb (even though we had the last table to be fed but then someone has to be !!) and the location is great - I usually take my daughter to Glasgow for a few days in the school hols and will be staying here next time
