Me and my girlfriend luckily won a stay at this hotel recently and had a perfect stay. As you would expect from this kind of hotel, the facilities and service were of a high standard. The building itself is very stylish and the rooms were completely different anything I'd stayed in. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend it.

We had been looking for a good deal on Afternoon Tea and picked up a discounted voucher for Radisson Blu. We turned up, and were greeted by name, and the staff doubled checked for dietary requirements etc.

We had a deal for the Champagne version and it was very nice. In terms of what we got, the friendliness of the staff was spot on, well done. I happen to prefer cappuccino, and that was no problem. So the drinks were perfect, and the food was lovely, but maybe just a little plain. It's hard to fault, but for example the smoked salmon sandwiches which were beautifully done, but just smoked salmon, no other seasoning or flavourings. Scones were warm and very enjoyable.

Quantities were pretty much spot on for us, not too much. We've had the pleasure of having afternoon tea in some very nice hotels, so how would I rate this one. Not the fanciest, but one of the best value for money, and all round enjoyable experiences, such that it's probably the one we're most likely to repeat and go back to another time. If you see a deal, I'd recommend giving it a go.

Stayed for 2 nights for conference. Had room on 5th floor which as well as having a very hard mattress had an unusual room design - quirky table and television station sited in the middle of the room! Very efficient staff (one of out party left their iPhone in their room and with the help of Find My Phone housekeeping found it and arranged to send it down. Also lifts are a bit odd - you select your floor before entering and there are no buttons inside - but it does make it quicker. Hotel areas all very clean as you would expect. Definitely recommend although I would ask for a room with a softer mattress now I know.
