I selected this hotel for its location and wheelchair accessibility. I was extremely disappointed. Access to the hotel of wheelchairs and scooters is via a filthy rear lane then in through the service access all of which has to organised through the front office stay. There is no dedicated disabled Carparking or safe drop off point. The shower I could not use because of the high step and lack of handrails

Room Tip: Not an option if you in wheelchair or electric scooter

Stayed here earlier this year and would not recommend it. Very dated and tacky decor. We stayed on a Saturday and had to put up with listening to a drunk Glaswegian woman in the adjacent room vomiting at 2.00am prior to her extremely loud voice. Way overpriced due to being in a good location and the location is the only good thing about this place. I did read over some good reviews and can only imagine that these people haven't been to any decent hotels to make a properly informed review. Would never go back.

Polite staff, spacious clean room with en suite and tv, a great nights sleep, an ample breakfast, nice location just outside the city centre. Booked day before we traveled and got a smashing deal. Great for our weekend stay!

Might has well have tried to have a wash in the sink the shower was that good, and when we told reception all we got was a 'sorry'. Breakfast was greasy, half cooked shambles. Bar in lounge ridiculously over priced as they only serve bottles. Electrics in room all 12 months over their limit. Only paid £85 for one night but would have still been annoyed had we paid £20

Lovely old building in West End, but showing its age. Room was ok but tv did not work properly. Bed was really comfy though. Cooked breakfast was ordinary with limited choices, coffee was cold.
Location close to restaurants was a plus

Hi just back after a weekend in Glasgow visiting relatives. Hotel good for price we paid although bedrooms bit tired. They gave us Room 311 (be warned) small room, that we could have coped with, but there was a constant loud droning noise in the bedroom which we thought was the heating boiler and might be turned off at 10pm ish. Anyway we phoned down to reception and were informed it was mechanism for the lift and wouldnt quieten down. We asked to be moved and they moved us straight away which was good. The other room was much bigger so it was a bonus. Staff were very good. Breakfast was lovely, full english breakfast and plenty to eat. Beds were very comfy and were memory foam matresses. Iron and ironing board in room if you needed it, Bad point...where you parked your car, area round it was pretty grotty, rubbish bags lying all over could have done with a spruce up.

Room Tip: Remember Room 311!!!!

By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, thank god I was only there for one night, very dirty rooms, black mold on the bathroom ceiling and even being first in for breakfast everything was cold. I would never go back there.
