We were a party of 8 on a hen weekend. Spa treatment was amazing, staff very helpful especially Natasha on the reception desk at the spa. Used pool jacuzzi and sauna. Had lunch and was really enjoyable, a thoroughly way to start the day.

I visited the spa with my sister and mother. We went on a sat, it cost £45 each for 2 hour use of facilities plus two half hour treatments and a glass of bubbly in the bar after it.
Pool - was good, a descent size with same depth.
Jacuzzi, steam room and Sauna - good! Only disappointing thing was there is very few loungers/seats round about to relax on. Definitely not enough, only about 8 in total. Was difficult to get one as people would sit on them and leave towels when they went for treatments etc. Also horrible plastic cups for drinking water, there was no clean ones out. Would be better with disposable cups.
Treatments-very good and therapist very professional. Treatment room also nice. Could hear a little noise from the pool while having treatment (treatment was off pool side) changing room and showers clean and tidy but could have done with being a lot bigger and having more hair dryers, mirrors etc!!
As part of our package we had a glass of prosecco and some nuts in the bar afterwords!! It was a lovely way to end the day.
The day was very good value for money and we all really enjoyed the experience. Would definitely go again.

I have been to the Ocean Rooms Spa at least 4 times in the past year or so. The staff have been good as far as treatments (e.g. massage, facials) are concerned. However, on my most recent visit an error was made by staff in our booking and we were not allocated enough time for all of our treatments which was disappointing. Also, the confirmation e-mail can sometimes not come through regarding your booking. The pool, steam room and sauna are average. The jacuzzi has been out of order at times. It is nice and relaxing to sit/lie on the loungers by the poolside, except for the used cups and clumps of hair lying on the floor. It is not cleaned regularly enough and the hair and cups can lie for hours before being cleared away. In addition, the female changing facilities are tiny and very inadequate - only 2 hairdryers and 1 small bench for all users to sit their belongings on whilst changing. This is a good facility for relaxation and the staff are friendly and good at the various treatments on offer. The surroundings are definitely not 5 star though.

Felt that I needed to post this. I also took advantage of the £21 deal for a cut and blow dry.
I was more than satisfied with my cut and blow. Laura was an excellent stylist and will return when I need a trim. I hope that her and her mum enjoyed their trip to Graceland. Thanks again! Xx

Booked last minute to go for the "half day spa package"

The value was great- £45 each for 2.5hrs use of the swimming, jacuzzi, steam & sauna.
We then got treated to a 1hr treatment (back, neck & shoulder massage then a facial)

The Pool area was clean etc & both the sauna/steam were great.
Jacuzzi was frothing over- think it needed a clean out and my eyes were stinging with the chlorine.

Our treatments were booked at 4.30pm but they were running late so didn't get taken till 4.45. what annoyed me was the treatments finished at 5.25.
So what was meant to be 1hr of treatments ended up being 40mins- not acceptable!

We were in a joint treatment room just off the pool reception area. We could hear EVERY word the staff were saying outside (talking about their weekend, how they were tired etc) and every time a customer came to speak we heard the full conversation. We couldn't switch off which was a shame.

Both the facial & massage were lovely- but could have lasted longer!

The staff were all very lovely and helpful but I wouldn't pay to go back to this spa.
