“A great place to eat.”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 30 June 2014

Was here twice in the last two month, so have to give it a mention. Had a burger which was excellent and some shared tappas. It was a Friday evening so pretty busy and had a good atmosphere. Always a good place to frequent in the sunshine and enjoyed a bottle of chilled wine outside on my next visit.

“A place you want to go back to again and again”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 20 June 2014

This is a wonderful restaurant, from the staff to the food and drink.
This hidden gem is a great place to have a friendly drink to a romantic meal. Seating outside away from the pollution of the city traffic. Inside has a warm welcoming feeling as well as a down stairs area for a private function.
The food is lovely and there is a great choice if drink my favourite is the cava.

“Delightful little find”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 15 June 2014

Was at Bruttis last night for the first time. It's in a lovely quiet little area and is in a beautiful setting. All of the staff were lovely and seemed very friendly. The atmosphere in the place is really nice an chilled...just what your looking for to go with tapas. The food was good, I wouldn't go mad an rave about it but it was still nice. The haggis croquettes with whiskey sauce were delicious as was the little mini pizzas. The only bit we were disappointed with was the coley strips which were like school dinner fish and the lemon chicken-the chicken was so soft and juicy but didn't taste the slightest bit lemony. However I would definitely go back and would just order a couple of different dishes. All in all a very good little restaurant/bar.

“Birthday lunch”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 6 June 2014

Certainly a little oasis among the chaos of Argyle Street. Great atmosphere created by some vibrant and friendly staff. We were there just after the peak of lunch time and a test of a great restaurant is if the staff can maintain that energy through to the end of the lunch heading in to dinner. They did! But from time to time the thought of the end of the shift made it a little ragged. Food was good, nothing super special but fresh and tasty. We will be back and we have recommended already. Good luck and see you soon
