Very clean, super A/C, quiet - great to sleep. Super location for the city, bus and train station. Friendly, efficient staff. Despite the hotel being full, everything worked well. Congratulations to all.

Really enjoyed our stay here - a great place to visit the city and for us a great base for the Commonwealth games. Highlight was definitely the restaurant, and in particular waiting staff Laura and Javier, who went out of their way to look after us and to look after our 5 year old son (who suffers from a number of food allergies) - their care and attention made the stay for him, and therefore for us all. That said, everyone we dealt with was friendly, attentive and helpful, and made our stay, even though the hotel was packed every night.

The only small downsides were the difficulty in parking to unload (the car park is 5 minutes walk away which is usually fine but too far to easily bring the luggage for a family of 4 for 3 nights) and the fact that the mattress on our bed was a little tired but overall a great experience and definitely somewhere I'd recommend to other travellers.

Stayed here during the Commonwealth Games so prices not cheap, but all members of the party, grandparents and children included, had a great night's sleep and enjoyed a delicious breakfast. Really clean and comfortable rooms and pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was having opted to stay in the city centre.

I was pleasantly suprised by the quality of this hotel. I stayed 5 nights at this hotel It is very centrally located and had everything I needed for my stay. It was basic but good quality, clean and fresh. My room was at the end of the corridor and Very Quiet. I hate paying for wi fi and you only get 30 free minutes a day, but a daily rate is only £3. I would stay here again.

Room Tip: End of corridor for quiet

New hotel, spick and span, and friendly staff. Superb location for shopping or sightseeing which is what we were there for. There was a high demand for hotel rooms when we were there so prices were high but I would stay there again......

The hotel more than met our expectations. Central for all the transport links we needed and shopping bars and restaurants. The rooms are spacious, clean and quiet even on the 5th floor. Returning late from the stadium the bar was open and welcoming and at that time served food till 1am!! We will definitely be back as the staff were friendly and helpful and we couldn't fault anything.

We were lucky to get a reservation here at short notice got our visit to the commonwealth games. It was a ten minute walk from central station and just 2 minutes from Buchanan bus station so was easy to get there from the airport by direct shuttle. Rooms clean. Staff friendly so well recommended.
