I stayed her in July with a Friend, we were seeing Derren Brown. We arrived before check in - but were able to leave our bags and we were able to the same when we checked out, this meant that we didn't have to carry our bags around the shops.
It's a fantastic hotel, a little weird that reception is on the second floor.
The rooms are lovely, we were on the 16th floor and had a great view out over Glasgow and down onto Saucihall street. My only slight criticism is that we couldn't get the air con to go below 18C, and as we visited in the middle of the summer some lighter bed linen would have been appreciated. Breakfast wasn't include in our room price, but we decided to pay for it - it was good.
The staff that encountered were really friendly and seemed to enjoy their jobs - especially the wee chap in charge of the breakfast service, I wish I could be that cheery early in the morning.
