“Saturday night fun”
Reviewed 1 October 2013

First experience of the Clutha on a Saturday, busy wee pub which ive always heard good things about. Like the bar staff, drinks were cheap with some promos and they have a berr garden/smoking area to the front where we met a few characters. Bands playing were really good, only criticsm would be that the bar took up alot of space so it was really busy and you always seemed to be moving to let people backwards and forwards to the toilets/bars, usual Saturday night anywhere mind you so maybe not much of a downside, gave the place a really good atmosphere. definitely worth a visit.

“Great pub & live music - excellent atmosphere!”
Reviewed 11 June 2013

We've been here just because some Glasgow's friends told us; it's not the typical "tourist" pub but an authentic local one. Great beers, good prices but most of all excellent live music in an unique atmosphere: no teenagers, no silly drunk people, just nice and friendly over 40's people. We really enjoyed our evening here, would come back for sure if we ever go to Glasgow again.
