“Top chippy”

Just been for first time ... Haggis supper was amazing. Also do small kids portions which is excellent. Definitely be back - though more beer choices would be good!

“Best Fish and Chips ever”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 12 July 2014

We stumbled across this great restaurant accidently and wow are we glad we did.

Lovely atmosphere, great fish and chips, and really well priced including a glass of wine.

Would recomment to anyone, but get there early as it is always packed out, which speaks volumes.

Thanks once again for your friendliness and making two strangers from Australia very welcome.

“Gourmet take on the classic British chippie!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 1 July 2014

I've eaten here a few times and the food is quality. With a choice of battered hake and mussells with your chips, it really is the place for the discerning fish & chip eater. That said, you can get all the usual favourites, including chip buttie, fried sausage and even fried veggie saussage in a roll. You can sit in or take away and with a choice of alcoholic or non-alcohilic drinks, it's great for unwinding on the way back from work or meeting friends for a lazy afternoon durning the weekend. The decor and location are what make it that extra special - white metro tiles on the walls, cool and yet friendly staff, and in the heart of Glasgow's buzzing Finnieston district there are loads of great bars to go on to afterwards.
