Selected this hotel as the nearest to Central Station & George Sq. Well placed for some excellent restaurants in the Ingram St/Albion St Merchant Area of Glasgow. Pleasant hotel created from, I would suspect, a former modern office block. with attentive, knowlegeable staff.

One word of warning: the hotel is not located in or at George Sq. It is one city block east of George Sq. at the intersection with Montrose St.Not a significant problem however. The actual entrance is literally on the corner with a short flight of steps from the street. There is an external lift to avoid the steps but it was not working at the time of my visit.

No complaints - all very well-organised and exactly as advertised, as in our experience all Premier Inns are. Parking station nearby and some spaces in the streets around. Not a very pleasant part of Glasgow but municipal buildings are just two blocks away so it's convenient. No views. Also very inflexible about checking-in and checking-out times. OK but no more

Had a really good night, staff were really nice and friendly, the food was good to a lot to pick from. I would go back any time so I would recommend this premier Inn to any one. They are nice clean inns can't fault them. Better than some hotels you go into. They are well worth an over night stay a lot easier booking on line to.

I thought the Premier Inn was a fantastic place to stay in Glasgow. It is centrally located and has all the amenities you could need. Good restaurant, wifi at a reasonable rate and very helpful staff. It's located near the subway station as well as the train station, so it's very easy to get around the city and country. Very reasonably priced for the value! I've stayed in hostels that were 25 pounds for a bed in a dorm and this was 50 for a private room with a queen sized bed.

Premier Inn has the budget business model exactly right - it knows what is important and what is not important to the business or leisure traveler. This particular Premier Inn is at the top of its game. Super bed, clean room, good WiFi, good restaurant (value for money and great service) tick my boxes. Only small concerns: (1) Room has only 3 electrical outlets - all occupied. This means traveller with a laptop, mobile phone, and tablet/iPad has to unplug all hotel equipment to charge. (2) Hotel provides soap-in-a-bag dispenser in bath and at sink, but lack of amenities (soap, shampoo and conditioner) means bring your own which I understand as a cost savings.
