These appartments are located in a fantastic location and have amazing views of the city. We were given an appartment on floor 13 which was great!

The appartment was also a very good size and was nicely decorated.

Unfortunately the wow factor diminished a bit of us when we found a mouldy Dominos pizza and Mcdonalds leftovers in the wardrobe in our bedroom. This was reported to the reception but they did not seem to care much at all.

Overall the appartments are great if you are looking for something close to the city centre and they were fine for our 1 night stayover however the cleanliness and service was a big let down.

Room Tip: Ask for a room on a high floor

We selected this based on previous reviews and the fact it had won awards. The awards were years ago and they definitely have not spent a cent on this place since. Rooms were not clean to a standard you will expect, apartment which we had needed considerable maintenance. There are much better places to stay. However the cafe on the second floor where we had breakfast was excellent. Nothing to do with the hotel. The car parking is around corner from the apartments. the apartments are also not easy to find.

On arriving, the parking was done immediately by the lovely man on reception, we thought it was a great idea having underneath parking. The apartments themselves need a little paint job here and there and are NOT very well equipped for dishes and cutlery etc if staying longer, but we found it a very pleasant and welcoming stay. Plenty of space, the floor to ceiling windows are fab and the spa bath was lovely.. very relaxing, quiet stay and would CERTAINLY return to stay again. We ordered breakfast but actually didn't make it downstairs in time due to my partner being slightly fragile, from our night out at a family party. Would recommend these apartments to friends and family. We shall be returning for sure x

Room Tip: we faced onto the back of the building, would have loved a top floor, for the views-but were on floo...

These apartments are definitely lovely and well located!! (Only thing i would warn if your walking home at night the lighting on streets is really bad - but this is not fault of the aparments). I enjoyed our stay, I did find it over priced a little - £179.00, this is due to the check out at 10am. I think its too early - they charge £10 per hour there after - but they can't guarantee a late check out until AFTER 10am, meaning you have to be ready anyway just in case. The first member of staff we met was quite sharp towards one of my friends when she told him she stayed there a while back and check out was 11 - he more or less called her a liar. The night porter was lovely though - very friendly and accommodating!

Just got back from a 2 night trip to Glasgow Lofts on Business. I always choose apartments over hotels due to the flexibility and independence.

Upon arrival Glasgow Lofts looks clean and corporate however once you've seen your room and the space in day light its a different story!

Expect:
- A very loud bioler located in the bedroom wardrobe that goes off every time the toilet is flushed or shower used
- A large low bed squeezed into a small bedroom so you bang your legs and feet
- Blinds that do not block out the light
- Mould in the shower
- Tired looking furniture and old TVs / equipment
- Grumpy unhelpful reception staff

I would also like to point out that we had 2 colleagues that we invited up to our room to watch a film after the first day. We had a phone call at 11.30pm to tell us they had to leave, I felt like i was on a school trip and very embarrassed to have to tell our friends they had to leave before the film was even over! We did also offer to pay the full cost of a room to let them stay a couple more hours but this was not allowed grunted the miserable receptionist.

The location is good and the apartments are of a decent size but that is about all the good points for this Aparthotel in need of an update!

Just back from a weekend with girlfriends in Glasgow Lofts. They're not so much lofts, more converted 1960's office space. I don't know how long its been since their conversion and I dare say they were pretty impressive when first done (and that may be when the pics were taken) but they're pretty tired and in need of attention now. On the plus side they're spacious and the bathrooms are pretty good but the flat we had was crying out for maintenance work and a deep clean. So amny things were either missing or broken - light bulbs, shower fittings, crockery etc. They're not great if you're a light sleeper either, as everytime someone turns on a tap or flushes the loo, an incredibily noisey water pump kicks in. Also, a lot of noisy from the grim tenement block and budget accommodation at the back of the block and scavaging sea birds that arrived about 4.00am.

Room Tip: We stayed on the 5th floor, rooms higher up may be a bit quieter and must have better views than we...

Have stayed in this location for 3 nights in an apartment with two bedrooms and a living. The apartament is very spacious, with large windows but the view is not spectacular at the 5th floor, in the front side of the building. The washing machine and the dishwasher were very dirty, with food leftovers inside. The location is a little bit loud, I recommend an upper floor to avoid the noise. We paid 5£/day for wi-fi and 8£/day for parking spot, but I recommend to book in advance. The parking entrance is near the main entrance of the building, but you can easily miss it. The towels and the sheets were clean. The place seemed to be once a great place, but now is a bit outdated.

Room Tip: Upper floor
