Great location for colleagues working in the area, great host who was always willing to accommodate our needs for business purposes as well as pleasure trips.

“Family friendly perfect holiday house”

Amazing view from master bedroom straight up the Lairig Ghru! House is modern and extremely comfortable. Very well layed out with open plan living downstairs and a very large kitchen and separate Utility room. Upstairs is deceptively spacious with 3 bedrooms, good storage and 2 bathrooms. Garden is safe and secure at rear for kids to play with swing etc and there is off street parking at the front. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac the house is within walking distance of Aviemore centre and train station. Within 5 mins walk there is a good play park and parade of shops including supermarket, beauty salon, bike hire and takeaway food. There is also immediate access to lots of local paths for walking, cycling and running.
