We stayed here whilst cycling the End to End and had a really warm welcome with our cycling kit washed, help in servicing a rear wheel, a lift to the pub in the evening, and a hearty breakfast to send us on our way. A beautiful and tranquil place to stay; wish it could have been longer.

This is the best B+B we have stayed in on our extensive travels in Scotland. A genuine, friendly welcome from the lovely owners. There are two en-suite double rooms and a lounge/breakfast room with a great view down the Beauly Firth on the spacious upper floor. This is separate from the owners accommodation downstairs, so it felt very private. Everything is clean and fresh and has a real new and cared for feeling about it. We would really recommend this place to stay.

It is also located a 20min walk from the centre of Beauly and sits at the bottom of the road up to Glen Affric.

Room Tip: Both rooms are the same. One with bath + shower over. One with shower only. Both equally nice.

My husband and I stayed here on our final few nights in the Highlands and it was the best stay of our trip! Both Val and Nic were great hosts with tips of where to visit locally and eat out at night. Their B&B was most comfortable, we stayed in the double room which had a lovely en suite and was very comfortable. We had the best nights sleep here, it was a lovely peaceful stay. The breakfasts were great with full scottish breakfast served which suited Mr(!) and fresh fruit & yogurts and homemade jams which suited me.
We spent our evenings eating in the local village (Corner on The Square a must!!) and sitting in Vals lovely garden in the early evenings. The weather was fab which made it even better!
A lovely B&B and by far the best we have stayed in! We will be back to stay.

This ins ohne of the best B&B we ever has been. The rooms is very modern but comfortable. The beds are qiet new and the bathroom
is new and modern. The breakfast is a good scottish one. You can get fresh fruits and very good marmelades, too. The owners are very friendly and hospitable.
With one word: excellent.

A great B&B in a quiet location a couple minutes by car from Beauly. The setting and gardens were lovely and Val was great and very helpful. Modern fresh decor, with pale coloured carpets and it really does look as good in real life as it does in the photographs - sadly that's seldom true!

I was in the double room and was surprised that it has a beautifully decorated full sized bathroom, not the converted cupboard that you so often find. Having an over bath shower (electric) it may not suit all guests but I was very happy - until the water ran cold after only a couple of inches in the bath, maybe just bad timing.

I really liked this place so I hate to say anything negative but there was a pretty important problem for me - the bed. It was rock hard and I hardly managed a wink of sleep all night, at 4am resorting to sleeping on top of the duvet to get some relief. The pillows weren't great either and although this may be personal preference, I think an upgrade of the bedding, including a VERY thick mattress topper, and this B&B would be racing toward perfection!

Breakfast was very nice with the usual cereal selection as well as a variety of fresh fruit and a great view across the countryside from the upstairs breakfast room. I would prefer to decide my cooked breakfast in the morning rather than the night before - but this was also very nice, although I've never had poached eggs that were cooked hard before.

In summary a really good B&B that with very little effort could be fantastic!

Stayed here in August - it was absolutely lovely. Rooms were all immaculate and comfortable, and our en-suite bathroom was modern, clean and stylish. Val was a great host, very friendly and a great source of local advice (dinner at the Lovat Hotel in Beauly was great). Breakfast was a fine spread, including eggs from the family's hens.
Terrific place to stay, also just a 5 minute drive from the site of the Belladrum Festival.
I would definitely like to come back here again!
