This B&B is the very nicest we have stayed in. It is immaculate and comfortable and welcoming and includes a fabulous breakfast. If you are going to Inverness this is the place to stay! The room and bedroom were spacious and very well appointed. Eildon House is close to town, pubs and restaurants and all of the things you'll want to see. The host is more than happy to help with anything you may need help with. Thank you for a wonderful 3 nights!

We stayed one night & were very pleased. The house & rooms are spotless. Comfortable beds- after staying 3 nights at other B&Bs with HORRIBLE beds, this was a welcome relief. Excellent breakfast. Thank you!

Great visit to Inverness with the warm welcome and the high standard of comfort and cleanliness received in this guest house adding to our short break. The location is great , just a short walk to the town centre. The proprietor goes out of her way to create a real home from home experience for her guests. I would not hesitate to recommend a stay at Eildon guest house.

We stayed in this BnB for two nights in July 2013. The location is great - an easy walk to the centre of Inverness. The owner was lovely, very welcoming and breakfast was delicious. The room was simple, clean and large enough, and the bathroom was large. There wasn't much parking but room enough for our little hire car. This was also the only place we stayed in a 4 week trip that had a fridge - a major plus! Would definitely stay again.

This B&B would give 4 and 5 star hotels a run for their money. The proprietor was very welcoming and accommodating having stayed overnight for the Culloden 17.45k race in Oct 2013. My room and throughout the B&B was immaculate while the location speaks for itself - 5 minutes from the city centre. The wifi coverage was secure and faultless. I had a great nights such is the peaceful surrounding area and an even better breakfast in morning. My return stay can not come soon enough as I would not stay anywhere else.

The fact that I didn't get brained for turning up very, very late around 10 o'clock to my pre-booked B & B was a very good start. The proprietor welcomed me and took me into a very well decorated, tidy and clean Georgian Townhouse. The rooms were spotless and the TV a flat screen on the wall with DVD facilities too. Great selection of tea, coffee and biscuits and a selection of mint chocolates too! the breakfast in the morning was a fab cooked affair with a fantastic range of cereals, croissants, breads and what looked like homemade pancakes! Real delight to stay in and somewhere I will return to. The only slightly negative point was the parking situation and I had to double park up against another guests car...then again I was turning up at 10 o'clock so what did I expect!!!! :)

Had a great stay at this cosy & luxurious guest house. Great location, host and facilities. Breakfast was perfect. The only thing that let it down was the very poor/patchy mobile phone and wifi signal in room, along with an infuriating tv remote that wouldn't change the channel unless you were right in front of the tv. However these were minor details and it was a great stay, by far the best Inverness guest house I've stayed in.
