Stayed 3 nights at this B&B in Inverness. The room (#5, if I remember well) was the largest we had amongst the few hotels and B&Bs we stayed at in Scotland. The bathroom, however, was really tiny, the tiniest... Room was clean, bed was comfortable, TV too small. Great location, at a about 5-10 minutes walking distance from the city centre. Free parking is available on the street in the front of the house or one spot in the back through a back alley. Breakfast was good, not excellent. The host, Robert, was very friendly, helpful and very pleasant to talk to; he gave us a few good recommendations. Wifi was free, but a bit slow at times.

Clean and good breakfast although you have to order it the night before. No lift. Parking can be difficult as it is on a busy street. Free Wifi. Small shower room but adequate for a one night stay. Close to town centre but not walking distance if you are not fit.

We stayed here one night before our flight. The house is in a quiet area but yet close to the centre. Our room was very spacious and clean.
The owner was very friendly and breakfast was great.
There were lots of choice for breakfast. The potato scones were good.
We would recommend staying here.

We spent four days with Ruth and Robert and found that they were the best of hosts.
Robert picked us up from the airport and at the end of our stay dropped us off at the nearby hotel, where we had a holiday tour booked.

The room was spacious, very clean with plenty of wardrobe space.

Breakfasts were very good, with all the usual ingredients available, with great service and plenty of cheerful banter.

The location, just 10 minutes from the City centre and river, was perfect.

A wonderful place to stay.

We stayed 1 night; we arrived and the owners received us very cordially; they asked us what we wanted for breakfast since we arrived.
The rooms are very comfortable, with nice amenities as candies, nice tea, chocolates, coffee and cookies.
The B&B is located at 3 min walking from the castle.
You am choose a continental breakfast (roll or croissant) or English breakfast, additional to celeries, delicious fruits, juice, coffee and tea.
Really recommendable.

Convenient; quiet; hosts that cared which included picking us up at bus station and delivering our luggage to bus station after we spent last day enjoying Inverness. Stay here and feel like you are visiting dear friends.

Ruth and Robert were very welcoming. They helped me recover my lost luggage and to find my way around. The B&B is very clean and nicely furnished and decorated. I enjoyed my stay and was glad to have such nice hosts.
