We were happy enough to spend 2 nights at the Cedar Villa, in which time we were made to feel right at home. Even enjoying a few beers at the local with the owner of the B&B. Room was clean, cosy and quaint, plenty of Scottish character! owners were helpful & were able to recommended plenty of sites and places to eat. Would stay again.

Stayed 2 nights here for our self drive tour to the Isle of Skye. Excellent and friendly hosts. Warm and homely room. Enjoyed our stay. Only problem was the curtains were not enough to block out the sun beginning to brighten our room at 4 plus am during summer so could not sleep much longer. Got to open the windows during summer and might be a problem for light sleeper with room facing the road.

Breakfast was great and location is just few minutes walk across the bridges to the city centre. Nothing much to do in Inverness but we did have great dinners around town. Parking permit is on request from the host where we parked our car on a side road very near the Guest House. Wifi is available and we even watched the world cup finals in our room after our day trip to Skye.

All in all, we were glad we stayed at Cedar Villa where the price was also reasonable.

Just a few minutes walk from downtown Inverness. Frank, our host gave great advice on things to see during our stay. We were traveling with our teen age boys, so had a couple of rooms. The boys were also comfortable and felt welcome.

Stayed here twice now and its a perfectly satisfactory B and B with welcoming hosts. Nicely situated a 5 minute walk from the City Centre via a pedestrian/cycle bridge. Breakfast excellent and good free wifi. Would have done a 5 star rating if the en suite was truly as such. For my room (3?) the bathroom was down steps over the landing and up steps so you have to get dressed to a degree to use the bathroom.
Not a big deal particularly for one night but if you are staying for a few days and you want "proper" en suite its worth checking with the owners.

This little B and B is on a street with a zillion others, from the outside they all look about the same. Frank the owner is friendly and does a nice job in being helpful. The beds are comfy, breakfasts hearty and all nice and clean and very safe feeling.
Very close to the bridge over the river Ness to the town center. There is very little to do in Inverness proper, the castle is only to look at from the outside. So unless you plan to walk, bike or shop make sure you have a car or book a tour to the historical sights outside the city limits.

Room Tip: The wifi was weak in our room, maybe others were better. We were one the street and it wasn't re...

The B&B is very cosy, room was quiet and clean with great en-suite facilities, breakfast was very nice and we really loved the hospitality of our host. He gave us great advise concerning what to do in and around Inverness.

I stay in quite a few hotels and guest houses and was utterly delighted by my stay at Cedar Villa!

The thing is, so many places are impersonal - but staying with Frank and Lisa I really did feel I was treated like part of the family.

The room was comfy and spacious. I slept well. It was very clean and the services were just as good as you get in lots of the more expensive hotels.

Nothing was too much for our lovely hosts - they rose to every challenge with a happy smile - and it's one of those places where you feel like booking again just because you were made to feel so welcome!
