Description: THE CLACHNAHARRY INN is a great 'craic' pub with emphasis on being friendly. There is always something going on. The 'Clach' is an institution within the local area and serves 4 ales and 1 cider alongside other draught beers, lagers and ciders. We are an informal pub that delivers highland hospitality and great food, and what's better is that we love what we do! We are also a dog friendly pub! Pooches are welcome in our bar and beer garden while our restaurant and lounge bar are dog free - they even have their own biscuit barrel and water bowls! We also have a Take-Away Menu available 7 days a week. Simply pop in and have a drink while you wait for your freshly cooked meal, or phone us in advance and pick it up on your way past!

My better half and I stopped in by the inn about lunch time for a pint or two but ended up having lunch as well. On arrival we were greeted warmly by staff and regulars alike which immediately put us at ease. The menu choices were varied and all palates should be catered for. My wife opted for the fresh sea bass with new potatoes and fresh vegetables whilst I had homemade beef and mushroom pie, chips and fresh vegetables. Both dishes were fulfilling and washed down with a pint of real ale of which there are several to choose from. I can recommend anyone dropping in to the inn will receive a hearty welcome and the option to partake in good food or lite bites from the menu. So what are you waiting for?

We were on a short break holiday with our dog, decided to visit this inn due to it being dog friendly. In my opinion the standard of food was very poor and of cheap quality which didn't reflect on the prices. Nice enough bar for a drink but would not have a meal there again.

Having two large dogs means we spend a lot of time searching for'dog friendly' pubs. We found this place online and I'm so pleased we did. The staff were incredibly welcoming, the food was delicious and the dogs were made a fuss of constantly. The relaxed atmosphere meant our guys settled quickly despite the attention they received. If you're looking for a cozy bar where your dogs are as welcome as you are then definitely try this place.

Saturday night in clachnaharry inn and you almost could see the tumbleweed rolling across the floor. Long story short v poor food by any standard, not worth the taxi trip.
