This is a typical holiday inn nothing to shout about their all the same standard.

Great venue close to Inverness airport. Also within a few minutes you have a retail park. Tesco, Costa etc etc.

Staff all friendly.

Just wish my neighbours understood quiet hours and that the beds are not bouncy castles at 0730 AM.

being a first timer to a multinational I was a bit apprehensive. However it exceed MY expectations.!! arrived at 22.00 hrs and after a long day traveling;" trains and boats and planes" found the bar still open unill1.00 with a "mini mart" for "nibbles. ."our" was very clean and comfortable although I thought a bit overpriced(£100) but beggers can't be choosers!! the selfservice breakfast was pleasant as not pestered by "everything alright sir" and devoured what I fancied after nicking a couple of extra sausages and a few more beans ;not billed for as not picked up by the CCTV had a PUB chain meal at The Snow Goose across the car park; but atmosphere; facilities and staff very welcoming... hotel.Staff were very helpful and polite. hope all multinationals are to this standard as now I know what to expect.

As far as holiday inns go, which are commonly known as an economy chain in the states. This was good.

Having all the room cleaning maids look a lot like Kristen Dunst was a little strange, and may have gotten me to give this hotel 4 stars as I have a thing for red heads, but for normal folks I think 3 stars would fit the bill.

The breakfast was typical for Holiday Inn and good.

If you are going north to see a few sights, the hotel is a great staging place for trips.

We were staying here as a stopover on the way up to the north of Scotland. Check in went smoothly, staff were very friendly and helpful and the room had everything we needed including a travel cot.Despite the hotel dealing with a very large tour group, this did not affect the service we received. The restaurant across the road was good and caters well for toddlers. I have taken one star off just for the breakfast. It was pretty basic and the coffee was so bad I couldn't drink it. The staff were excellent though.

Stayed here for 4 nights on business.
It is fairly expensive for a Holiday Inn Express however the price is in line with the rest of Inverness.
Check in could be quicker as the lady on check in seemed in no rush.

Rooms are spacious and modern. Flat screen HD TV and free wifi.

Plenty of towels!
Bathroom was great with a fantastic shower. Only thing I would like to see is an iron in the room!

Breakfast was okay, usual HI EXPRESS breakfast. Would be great to see bacon added though.

Definitely stay again.

this hotel is so customer orientated, you might want to return for another sighting of NESSIE

(the mascot of the 2014 COMMONWEALTH Glasgow Games).

Various tours are available for LOCH NESS and the surrounding region.

The complimentary breakfast is quite substantial and the staff there are more than courteous.

Although there is no fridge in the room, the ice machine on the ground floor offers ice cubes to

keep your drinks fairly cold in your room.

The vending machines in the lobby dispense both hot and cold drinks and the microwave in the

vicinity can heat up ready-to-eat meals.

There is a restaurant outside the hotel for more formal dinners.

Within walking distance (in opposite directions from this hotel) are 2 giant TESCO supermarkets.

Room Tip: Book early and request the receptionists to recommend the room types of your preference

I have just had to spend 2 nights in Inverness due to a family emergency. Everything in Inverness is fully booked at this time of the year and finding somewhere to stay, particularly as I was accompanied by our 2 dogs was well nigh impossible. I thought it was going to be the camp site!. I do have a tent!
The staff were great, looking for cancellations for me, and I would particularly like to thank Marta for her cheerful and helpful manner, and willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty to make our stay as easy and comfortable as possible. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the showers work easily, and the staff are exceptional. Thank you.

Room Tip: Ground floor is convenient, but rooms at the back overlooking the river are probably quieter
