“A very pleasant Hotel with wonderful staff”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 4 April 2012

We stayed at the Bunchrew House Hotel for 3 nights as a family friend was getting married there. The staff were really friendly and helpful, the food was rich and tasty and the grounds were very picturesque. I would definitely go back and stay there again.

My birthday treat at this hotel was the best I have every had, the hotel is beautiful, Staff are excellent, friendly and very professional, you are not just a number at this hotel, you are treated as special. Our suite was wonderful, four poster bed very comfortable, nothing is too much trouble here. The food, well what can I say, the best, the very best The surroundings right on the Beauly Firth, what could be better.

Had an overnight in Inverness for business and got a good deal from Laterooms. Ideal position just 10 minutes from the centre of town and a stunning spot on the banks of the firth. Beautiful building and grounds and a wonderful welcome from 'Steven' I think.
We stayed in Inchmore, unfortunately not overlooking the water but a fine enough view of the grounds. Room was very comfortable, bathroom a bit dated with the full pine thing but overall very clean and wonderfully warm.

We had eaten a late lunch but we ordered a great afternoon tea and enjoyed it in the gorgeous drawing room complete with roaring fire. Breakfast the next morning was served in the beautiful dining room, great food, friendly service and superb view.

We will certainly visit again. Exactly what a relaxing break should be.

Staff could not be more obliging, could fault no aspect of the stay. Thanks to everyone for a fantastic stay. Food was exceptional as were the rooms. The whole experience was simply magical. A must do on anyone's list.

Had our wedding here last weekend and Bunchrew made it one that we'll cherish forever. Staff were friendly and sincere, planners were more accomodating than anywhere I've encountered (despite us changing seating arrangements and food requirements on the morning of the big day) nothing was too much problem for them.

The food was out of this world. We had alot of 'foodies' at our function and my concerns lay with they would not be satisfied but quite the opposite happened I overheard one say you can tell when you get top quality lamb but this is even better than that! The tastes were a delight on the pallatte staff were on hand to excell our needs.

The grounds are picturesque and rooms luxurious decadance. We will be back and I many of our guests are planning booking in for a meal/weekend away in the coming months. Faultless and a level of service that you only get in top quality establishments.

Room Tip: Get a room overlooking the Beauly Firth waking up and opening the curtains to that feels like your s...

We went to Bunchrew House Hotel for a family wedding. The staff made everyone feel as if they were family, and no detail was too much trouble. My husband and I stayed on for 2 more nights and I cannot recommend Bunchrew too highly. The staff were so friendly, and so professional at the same time. They left us in peace when we wanted it, and were then when we needed them, too. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent and the atmosphere (after the wedding) was calm and peaceful. The room we stayed in was very well appointed. The grounds are small but lovley and the views over the water to the mountains are perfect. If you are looking for an unpretentious hotel that knows how to pay attention to your needs, look no further. The staff are wonderful. We will be back again (I hope!).

We arrived at Bunchrew House Hotel on Sunday 18th March for a belated short Honeymoon break. The hotel is ideally situated only a few miles outside Inverness City. The hotel itself is a breathtaking view on arrival, sitting on the banks of the Beauly Firth. Our room, The Mackay Suite, was wonderful! A huge room on the first floor with views over the Firth to the Black Isle. The bed was four poster and massive!!!!! The bathroom was fitted with a spa bath (which came in handy after a trip in typical Scottish weather) and had underfloor heating. All the staff were very friendly and knowledgable. And nothing was too much of a problem for them. The food was fantastic, even though we had never experienced most of the dishes. If you are looking for a nice quiet/romantic break, then I would highly recommend Bunchrew House.

Room Tip: Go onto Bunchrew website and view each of the suites individually. Highly recommend Mackay Suite wit...
